hey mate, thought i'd add a tip i learnt recently. @9:24 you can use really fine steel wool (without water) to remove dirt stains/ scuffs on the outside of glass that a razor blade wont get to!

This was actually a really satisfying video to watch. Good content, likable people and the editing was minimal and not overdone. Simple and concise. Thats a super hard question on what do do with this masterpiede now. There's been sooo much love and care put into this VL to bring her bck to original condition. My feeling is it should be with someone that respects the love and care thats gone into her and will keep her in tip top unmolested condition. Just my thoughts.

Had to comment again (a few beers in now) I'm a muso and voice over artist and I use my 300 watt amp as a monitor for my computer, for obvious reasons. At 23:40, when the yellow Commodore guns it, I cranked my amp up to six! Well, more than once actually. 😆

I have a work mate who has a VL Calais turbo, he does drive it quite regularly and it's in very good condition, it's a rural car. I have asked him a few times if he was interested in selling it and he is not wanting to sell it at this point in time, but he said I have first dibs on it when he does.
