      @@armandohernandez6634 the one I'm using is 24v. You can use 5v but the wiring will be different. If you watch my GPIO but were afraid to ask video, I break down some of the GPIO pins on the board. If you just tap into the 5v and ground pins, you can use 5v lighting without the need for the relay. I'm just not sure if you'll be able to toggle the pin without installing Klipper

      @@rent2ownnz I show how to update the Klipper version for Linux. If you need instructions on updating the binary, I have almost a dozen videos that cover that exact subject. This video makes the assumption that the user already knows how to do that.

      @@WNxSect is the binary file formatted and named correctly? On a lot of newer machines, having the screen connected causes issues.

    I’ve got both my printers up and running and can toggle between them via fluidd but can’t seem to get klipperscreen to add the button to toggle directly on the btt-pad7. I have printers in the klipperscreen.conf file named accordingly restart but the button doesn’t populate to toggle. I’ve tried maybe a dozen times now. Uninstalling and reinstalling everything fresh.

    Loaded Linux on desktop to run my Sherline mill. For some reason the X axis moves in only 1 direction, regardless of which direction (+ or -) that I click on in the manual selection in Linux CNC. Does HAL have a fix for this ?

    Mate, thank you so much from Australia. I bought the 3 SE recently, with the Smart kit... Light was needed and I came across your video. Thank you for the effort of making this video sharing your idea. I printed all the parts, bought the same light strip and connected it all up... very cool. I even used the LED top profile and added a shorter version of it to the camera bracket (thingiverse 6574108) that is freely available (simply in Tinkercad). Now i have light coming directly from beside, slightly behind the camera as well, lighting up the hot-end (less shadow). Again, thank you so much.

      it's also advised to not heat your filament the whole time because it can become brittle/too dry.

    hi there are there quick question im trying to tune for acceleration with sonic pad on neptune 3 pro but when followirng the acceleration tunning instructions nothing seems to change. i am using orca slicer and dont really now if there are setting i have to zero out like the normal printing setting or other stuff.

    I know this video is about mks but I came to you from another person who linked you, WildRoseBuilds, Beginners Guide To Klipper on Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro.... I am attempting to use mainsail to run Klipper on my ELEGOO Neptune 3 Pro printer. I’m receiving this message on mainsail; "Klipper reports: startup, the klippy host software is attempting to connect, please retry in a few moments" My SD card that's in the printer is loaded with printer firmware from the link on your GitHub. The stock remote is still connected and if i go under the information tab it still shows the stock firmware is still on it.

      @@Greatdayforaswellbattle it's for any Linux device, the steps are pretty much the same. The error you are receiving is basically the generic "I can't connect for a number of reasons" message. Did you look in your klippy.log file for any more information? Do you have the correct serial id in your MCU section? If you're using the binary that's on my GitHub, it's too old for the latest versions of Klipper and you'll have to build your own binary.

      @@Greatdayforaswellbattle just watch this video about it. If you don't want to go into make menuconfig yourself, kiauh has a build script built in that will do most of the legwork for you. Unfortunately with klipper, there are some things that the user needs to do themselves 🤷‍♂️

    Hi There is a ptfe tube inside the original heat break, it down sbmaller than the regular ptfe tube. Reqular one have 4mm od but this is 3.9. the new heatbreak does it need a ptfe tube ?

      If you watch the video, you'll see what it needs one on the cold side of the break, but not the that goes to the hot side. I'm not sure which one you're asking about

      Hi, can you check the outer diameter of the Capricorn PTFE tube, it would be 4mm outer diameter. The PTFE tube inside the extruder is 3.9mm.. I have not upgraded to bimetal heartbreak. The original heat break has a PTFE tube inside it as well. Which is also 3.9 mm outer diameter. I am unable to buy a PTFE tube that is 3.9 mm outter diameter Can you check if your PTFE tube is actually 3.9 or 4 mm od If it is 3.9 mm then I will buy it for local Amazon . To fix the problem.. Other brands PTFE tube come at 3 dollar per meter. But the Capricorn PTFE tube is 20dollar in local currency.. hence the question

    Will that enclosure make PLA filament stick to a PEI spring steel bed, long enough for the printer to finish, as long as the bed stays very hot?! I use an Ender 3 Max Neo

      @@derk4737 PLA doesn't need a lot of heat with pei. 50-55 is ideal. Wash the bed with dish soap and water, make sure it's level and keep the machine away from drafts. Enclosures sometimes do more harm than good with PLA

      @@TheFeralEngineer as far as 50 to 55…. I assume you’re talking about making sure the PEI bed heat is only set to 50 to 55 is that correct?

      @@TheFeralEngineer I got the enclosure for the printer because, I tend to have fans going and sometimes an air conditioner going and frequent drafts from people walking near it!

      It's good practice to update the printer MCU on occasion or you may get this same error because of outdated binaries for that as well. But if it ain't broke, don't fix it 😬

    Step 1 to installing klipper screen: throw btt cb1 in the trash, install real raspberry pi no other tutorial needed at this point

      No you can't. The firmware config and screen are both very different. You're better off installing Klipper and ditching the original screen.
