It's so good to see you again. I love your message of positivity that we all deserve to feel good about ourselves. I lost 90 lbs this past year and I am in the process of letting things go. I didn't realize how much some items hold emotional baggage. I had a sweater that took me back to when my father was actively dying and it was a cheap polyester sweater that I had only purchased because I needed work clothes at the time and I was in a bad financial situation and you have no idea how good it felt to get rid of that thing! I didn't realize how much toxicity was hiding in that closet.

I struggle to let go of clothes that are smaller than my current body because i have lost weight in the past, given away clothes, then have nothing to wear as my weight fluctuates. But what is even harder is letting go of my past life where i dressed more formally and had more fancy occasions to go to and felt great. It's a bit sad to realize my too small dresses might not get worn even if/when i get smaller because i dont have fancy occasions to attend anymore. I miss that life.
