I’ve got a 22 SV. The thing I hate the most is the wide turning radius. I feels like I’m driving an 18 wheeler trying to get into a tight parking spot.

You don't need to spend money to bypass start stop. I did mine for nothing

I spent 3 cents on a black zip tie to disable start stop press button jam zip tie in you dont see it and works great

Awsome video. It really makes me mad that auto manufacturers even put this feature into cars in the first place, but since they likely have too because the idiotic EPA it should not automatically turn back on when you restart the vehicle.

Can just put a small piece of credit card or coffee straw between the button and top frame to hold it pressed in before you start the truck it will stay off forever, with no cost or taking things apart. can get a black marker to blend it.

On the '25 they moved the Start/Stop button to just right of the ignition so it's super convenient to press right after starting the truck.

Is there a good place for a gun in a frontier?

Do you have a fuel gas door lever pull knob inside the cab? If you don't do you have a gas locking cap?

Thing is clean.. Mine is not rusty but needs a paint job..

You know of all of these videos when taking the dash apart and installing stuff ,ive yet to see anyone trying out the install before reinstalling thecdash parts😂you would think to try it out before all of that reinstall

Thanks for the video, nice to see an actual install as the mfr video is decent but obviously makes look a little easier than it is. I was able to get away with not unplugging the wires on the bottom panel. I just carefully removed and replaced the screws after I noticed they’d just drop in the tray below if I fumbled them. Saved a few mins.

The start/stop is esy to eliminate with the disconnect the cable from the battery pole negative. It will blink but is is not annoying

The ‘22 can be just as good as the ‘24 with simple software updates. Plus, the ‘22 doesn’t have start/stop bullshit. There really hasn’t been any changes at all between ‘22 to ‘24. If anything, they take stuff away as the years go by; for example, the ‘24 no longer has a 12-volt plug in the center console like the ‘22’s.

Thank you for the video. I was using a piece of twist tie to hold it in. Either kids got in and remived it or it got knocked out while cleaning the dash but next thing I know its stopping on me. 😁. So grabbed this mod and was struggling with hiw to remove all those lower plugs. Found your video and said - oh, thats where the little clips on the connectors are 😁.

Nice work on the stop-start eliminator. I have a 2023 Nissan SV with a rear bike rack, and the truck stops every time I back up. Can you bypass this feature?

Tell your son my 9 year old has been working on a '94 Hardbody with his dad for a while. He keeps telling me we should be filming.
