    Do you find pressing the mash ads off flavors? Your miling really fine

    What were the specialty grains? What spices were used?

    Can you sell it straight away, or need to be matured for ages ?

      It takes 5 weeks grain to bottle. It takes one week to make the corn whiskey, and it takes one month to spice the whiskey. Then it is sold.
