You have an incredible voice. Amazing! I love it! I put two seeds side by side in two separate glasses and one took off and the other one is growing lots of roots but it won’t open up and sprout at the top. I potted the first one and it’s really taking off but the second one just keeps growing more and more roots but won’t crack open and grow up. Even though it is not sprouting, should I go ahead a put it in a pot and place it in my bedroom window that gets plenty of sun? Thank you for all your advice!

Funny i don't quite understand this over watering thing. Mine are literally sitting only in water for over 2 years now & they are fine. I also now have them on the bathroom window sill where it gets plenty of humidity. When the water level in the jars go down i just top it back up with fresh tap water.

Try 3 at the same time. One should at least grow. I also forced my seed open when it began to naturally crack apart, was left with half of a seed and all the growth. It fed on water better

My son gathered me some seeds from some Italian cypress, and I’m pretty sure they overwintered (I am in Oregon so they got below freezing at times). Can I use this process or do I need a stratified them first? Where do I store the pots after they sprout? Can they be in full sun or do they need to be in the shade??

Thank you very much for the video, I bought the seeds online and this is my first time trying. I live in a tropical island, Mauritius and we are not far from winter here, which is around 20 degrees maybe slightly under, do you think it will be a problem? We don't generally get the extreme cold winters like in other countries and I am scared that it doesn't adapt to the climate.

Getting them to sprout is easy, but making them survive more than 6-12months, is a challenge not even superman can handle. I have raised 400-500 trees over the last couple years and all but one died. Too much water? Too little water? Gnat larvae? Being indoors due to winter? I have seen them die from probably everything and i never know the exact cause.

I have been one growing indoors in belgium. Its now like half a year old. It only recently started a new growth spurt after repotting. Mine is a sequoia sempervirens. Over time it will become hard to keep in in front of the window because the branches are getting too long and nearly touching the glass. I will need to find a solution for it to still get the same sunlight
