You run so fast I can run 10 k in about 1 hour and a half so I have a person here to learn something of and thats you. I am 61 years old and is running 10 km runs three times a week. I am a big fan of toes and I have similar blisters on my feet and I go to a lady who care my feet and I get this extra care every 8 weeks and it is so good and I can truly recommend it. Inga DK.

I have notiched you never do really long 20 miles long runs but instead you do it about 1.1/2 hour run and get about 16 miles in your feet and I guess its because you will save your body for stress and dont want to do the body tired too much but then do a lot of speed work on the track or with your self in your training and can do this because you arent fatigued very much. Is it a way of training you will recommend ?? Inga DK.

Awesome van you have got there Brett and how old is it ?? I have got a moped from 1973 and its a great moped a Puch 3 gears and in red with a special tank. But well done with the race. Inga DK.

Well a pity in all aspects but you arent a bad runner even if you gone wrong you couldnt see it before you were running the wrong way. And you are honest of cource and dont accept the 3. place and well you live and you learn.,,........never trust a marshall but instead print out the map of the cource you shall run. You were really pissed of there and understandable I feel for you but you arent cursed my friend no one is- I think you were regretting you signed up for this mate because you did the cross yesterday but it isnt an excuse for the marshal that said wrong to you but you got it done and in a reasonable time and all that people you catched up was impressive Brett. It's quite a humbling experience watching someone wearing shoes from lidl running about a minuite and a half faster than I ever have 😂

Looks like there were some narrow sections with lots of traffic on that course. Hopefully they’ve improved and widened it in the intervening years.
