I have notiched you never do really long 20 miles long runs but instead you do it about 1.1/2 hour run and get about 16 miles in your feet and I guess its because you will save your body for stress and dont want to do the body tired too much but then do a lot of speed work on the track or with your self in your training and can do this because you arent fatigued very much. Is it a way of training you will recommend ?? Inga DK.
