Off the top of my head, there are 16 servicemembers who died in combat under Biden. 13 during the Afghanistan pullout, 11 Marines, 1 Navy Corpsman, and an Army Staff Seegeant. Three more Army soldiers were killed in a missile strike in Jordan. I don't know what is more disrespectful, if he's lying or if he forgot about those 16 Americans.

Now if its voluntary disarmament per recognizing a mental disorder, that is different and not a constitutional violation and thus should not have restrictions on reacquisition upon being "rehabilitated", in cases of such violent mental disorder incidents and being incarcerated both a shrink and jury should both agree to restore the rights of the individual upon the individual being rehabilitated.
