I'm sooooo close to getting a new paddle. The longer I wait, the longer my wish list gets! Thanks for the info, of course. The edgeless is intriguing, but I definitely couldn't pass the possibility of getting the J2 TI.

You guys offer a great insight to the paddles. I appreciate what all of the youtube reviewers bring to the party. This allows those of us who have access to try some of the paddles but not ALL of the paddles a way to compare and figure out what paddles we might like to play with, even if we cannot get our hands on them prior to purchase. Keep up the good work.

My issue with the Valor Pro is that they prioritized their branding over paddle performance. That huge X logo on the surface has no polyester texture on it. That painted on X logo surely covers parts of the sweet spot. They could have placed a much smaller X logo near the neck of the handle.

Would love for you to add the J2k PRO when you compare the new Honolulu paddles as I have tried the J2k and was under powered and feel the pro version would be a better comparison to the new Honolulu's.

Update: Received my J2TI Friday and played with it for the first time Saturday. After using the J2K for 5+ months, the J2TI definitely has a softer feel. I also thought it had less pop than the J2K. This was with an ONIX indoor ball.

Instead of J2KC, Honolulu should call it C2K where C means Gen 1.5 and J means Gen 2. And instead of J2K+, they should use another letter (e.g. 'P') and call it P2K where P means Gen 3. They should also get rid of the 'x' for extended handle and just have SH and LH options that don't affect the paddle name, just like how they have 16mm and 14mm options that don't affect the paddle name

Prediction: Honolulu gonna be the top paddle company in 2025. Paddles in every shape, surface material, Gen 1.5, Gen 2, Gen 3, with colour options
