Totally random suggestion: if you haven't checked out Stringjoy bass strings(based in Nashville), definitely do so! I have been an avid, devoted user of DR strings for decades and still like them, but I like the Stringjoys even more, both the nickel and stainless steel sets. Tezeta minor scale is the Japanese Hirajoshi scale :) and Ambassel scale is the 5th mode of Tezeta Minor right? Over which chord do you play the Ambassel scale? Major or Minor? There's no 3rd. Works great over a sus4. And the harmony behind your improvisation? Thanks!!
