Thanks Eric, that's really generous of you to say! Yeah I am using an Acoustic Image Clarus. Pretty darn versatile amp. I use it with my upright too, it really speaks well with the Rob Allen. One day I might spring for a more "electric" oriented head, especially for fretted bass, but with some clever gain manipulation from pedals, I can get this to behave more like one.
