Easily one of my favorite tracks🔥
@@subtlehustlemoto3737 it rewards being aggressive which I’m a fan of.
Dude didnt try go go over the curbs, he took it as a ramp
That 360 was crazy! But I have 1 question why are you driving with the slick tires?
@@RuanRobbertse-i2b on practice days I generally only test on slicks to work on kart control and confidence
@KartClass OK, makes sense.
Number 2 gives you more exit speed!
man I'm struggling with the new MG SH2's... I took a year off went from sh's to sh2.. zero sidewall... I like the harder tires cause I am tall. Would it help to slow the steering down with the sweep? I'm at Go Pro in North Carolina. Also, I'm over 6' on the briggs LO206 Birel AM29... I have the 17mm front axles and 40mm rea axles. With parts I have... the 24mm RY-30 spindals seem to fit and I have a 50mm axle that will also work and add seat struts but exactly what you described is what is happening to me... I think I will have to take all the caster out and as much negative camber as I can get in it. Do you have any suggestions about slowing down the steering...? Thanks,
2 because more speed so lap times can improve faster
what if i have an Alfano so not rave studio?
For wet, I would be a kart length away from the edge of the track on entrance, and rotate the kart later and get on the gas to get an extremely late apex, then stick to the middle/edge of the track for the exit (depending on the corner)
This Christmas, my wife offered my a 30 minute drive on a kart. Will be my first time, so I'm watching this with big attention.
That kart is from formule k it is mij friend
Thanks mate
Brake before the turn, then gas halfway through the turn. Thats how you maintain grip and momentum
If you want to be the fastest out on the track you need to brake as late as possible and if you are coming to a corner that turns left you need to drive on the left side of the track and when you come to the corner you lean on the right side of the corner almost hitting the curbe and when you finish the corner you then corner to the left side of the track right before you turn to the middle of the track when it's a straight that is my advise and that is the reason why i have a track record on a go kart track in Norway👍
And they forgot that brakes exist lol You ar very brave to stand theee and film yhat
It cause this because your not breaking enough and that causes a big power slide Luca.
Nice
Very well explained! keep it up!

Both lines are wrong...
What way is correct?
tyre price
thats my home track
red cuz when the track is not wet you have a better grip and you can do the famous ,,out in out,, tactic . however when the track is wet you cant go to inside cuz you will either spin or just loose lots of time . if you go from the outside line theres much more grip that on the inside . i would also reccomend dont push the break too strongly when in wet i did it in my first time and i was spinnin like drunk man.
Number 2 allows the kart to settle

Why do you need to lean your body the opposide way of the direction of the corner?
Help transfer weight to the outer tyres and lift the inner tyre. This will improve the turn in & grip
Line 2 because line 1 throws the driver out of the track and can cause oversteer because the driver enters the apex early
What kinds of brakes do you have on the front I need to put a set on mine?
Never knew this thanks
Nice I did know this already but I’ve been going through some of the shorts on this channel as I’ve just gotten into outdoor karting and I’ve already learnt a few things
thanks for joining the channel. Any help just ask!
Exit is much more important than entry because exit sets you up for the whole following straight. So by having a good exit you will win much more then you potentially "lose" by a slightly slower entry.
That's the key for hairpins that lead onto a long straight
How do I join
Depends, but probably half of each, gotta find for my self

Can you do something for free
Wish I had a class like this 😢 I'm in indiana USA and there is nothing around me 😒☹️🥺
locking up can save you some time on the initial turn in but holding a lock up for long can cause a spin so a little lock up isnt bad but holding it for long is a bad habit in my opinion
WET LINE it’s not a dry line, some people said it’s completely wrong but I’d say it’s completely correct although instead of being super wide on the straight try to be in the middle and v the line on the outside cutting across the line and ending up on the inside of the exit
Turned in too early....
I choose Line 1, reason why is because of the carried momentum around the corner, leading to more overall excelleration when coming out of the corner. This means higher speeds for a timed lap overall. 😅
Why lose time just to re gain it when you can carry better momentum for the upcoming corner anyway?
But line 2 has more momentum tho
@Rayjuan127 gotta keep it, don't lose it, inertia will go somewhere, and that inertia is just gonna got to the outer wheels opposite from where you're turning, creating slip. 😉
Driver 1
Thank you
Are you guys hiring any teen drivers? I’m trying to find a team
tbh, i dont really use brakes. i just let off the gas, but in the hard corners i use them
thats normal, thats just lifting
I would love to have this type of coaching
Yeah he does such a great job
Thats really situational, sometimes almost locking up the brakes to rotate the kart is faster
Maybe try trail braking
@@Pitty05 in certain *situations*
@@matthewdoesracing for this circuit which was high grip working with mainly cadets they didn’t need to overuse the brakes
@@Pitty05Maybe in GT3 lol
@@KartClassfair, many circuits (including my local one) are constant hairpins so locking up a tad bit and drifting around some of them is useful
Thanks Dave! I’m in juniors at I have a race this weekend! I just transitioned to juniors and have only driven my Arrow twice! 😂! Thanks for the tips. Will let you know how it fors
@@girlskart2 all the best!
I'd treat this like two corners. Treat the first apex like a kink, do all your braking and sligjtly diamond the entry into the second. Probably the most time efficient, but sector timing would confirm.
Competition is gonna be super tough in the future man
