I love your videos. A year ago I got in to health and fitness, AND found out I had Celiacs. Your recipes make me happy cause they are but friendly AND healthy!!!!
You have such good energy thrughout your entire video! I am also trying lean towards more plant based protein but idk if I can go all out Vegan! I really love your channel so far! Keep up the great work! :)
Thanks! I'm not full vegan, but I do try to eat plant based with the exception of whole chicken, turkey, and eggs (and some cheese). I just try to eat as unprocessed as possible which usually results in things that aren't plain meat being vegan... if that makes sense lol
Yeah Im pretty much like that as well! I just don't think I can cut out chicken, turkey, and eggs like you mentioned! But I get it I'm totally the same way :) Unless im on vacation.... then ill eat whatever! haha
This was great, thanks, I been tryin to find out about "paleo snacks convenience store" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Diyarter Benaylee Cure - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my neighbour got excellent results with it.
You should try getting fresh fruit from your local farmers market and drying it yourself! That way you know what’s in it and you are supporting your local farmers. You could probably also make dried dragonfruit for much cheaper if you can find them fresh at an Asian market for a decent price. ❤️
I love making my own trail mix because I’m honestly so picky with my snacks. I don’t like half the stuff they put in pre-packaged train mixes and if I’m using my calories or macros, I wanna use it on something I love not partially like.
You can log recipes in my Fitness pal with a serving size. So you could set the serving size at 1/2 cup then just use a 1/2 cup size scooper to scoop out a portion :)
that jar contains over 2500 calories, for someone who can't stop eating when they aren't full, or who don't have strong willpower, or who isn't a mindful eater, this is a bad day waiting to happen
I don't thibk she can get anymore adorable

what are the macros for this? I'm looking for ways to eat more protein rather than relying on protein powder
1/4 cup is 109 calories, 8g carbs, 8g fat, 4g protein
Found your channel in the TransformNation thread!! Just subbed =)
By the way, love your hair!!!
oh my goodness! hi! thank you so much! :)
New subscriber alert! Love you and your videos. :)
Thank you!
Thanks for responding. Do you drink teas? If so, would it be possible to make a video about that?
Is that thrive market you're using for the berries?
My mom sent all this to me but when I order that kind of stuff now I get it through Thrive!!
Love the spirit
I live in England...can't seem to find dragon fruit or jackfruit on Amazon....any other alternatives?
hmmm well any dried fruit will do! I'm a big fan of dried mango as long as it doesnt have added sugars :)
Have you tried any asian or other ethnic markets? They usually have them fresh as well.
I really want to make my own trail mix but I have no idea how I would count the calories in each serving.

Ahhh thank you for replying! I will totally try this!!
I want the perfect TRAIL MIX !
Is there a weekly video schedule?
For now, no. But once I get the hang of this, I think I'm going to try to do videos twice a week :)
I can't digest nuts...I can see tiny chewed pieces in my ...be4 I flush it down...
I like you lol 😍 your amazing! 🤣❤
No peanuts & no sunflower seeds?
The nuts vs the fruits... Who will win!??

That’s called binge eating. For anyone who deals with that, I recommend seeing an eating disorder specialist 💗
Can’t you just say make instead of home make?
