Very nice man! Gotta love that cam!!! At 24 secs, your blue light can be turned off with-in the software so it does not reflect off your sets and back-ground! Didn't know if you knew that. =D
Cool, by the way Ive used c920 for all of my videos. Also just some tips, make sure everything is manual. Or you will get light flicker (which i saw but not trying to be mean) :). Also if you need more help with camera msg me. Also what programs do you use for your capturing and final editing and rendering?
:O OMIGOSH THAT IS AWESOME! Makes you animation so much better. :P :D SO AMAZINGLY COOL There is still a little reflection at some parts. :P :D SO AWESOME!
When you are in the software (about to take a pic) go to preferences (top right) / click the quick capture (next to general, at the top) / turn off your LED control at the bottom and save. =D Easy - Peasy
haha yeah! ohh, didn't know you can turn off light :P How do you do that? (I ended up covering the lights with black tape, so it'd be nice to just turn off the light) :P
yeah, I got rid of the reflection now :D The cam has two neon blue lights on side and light up XD soz you can see reflection :P But I put black tape on it :D and I'm careful to make sure not to have white shirts on XD
If you're using the C920, simply set it to manual focus. If it focuses on the minifig faces, that's either an illusion or the face is closer then the rest of the body or farther away. Hope that helps!
RedRocketFilms When you open up the Logitech Webcam Software window, it shows a live image of what you're taking a picture/video of. To the right of this is a little menu thingy. It shows you the cameras resolution options and all that. Below that is a button titled camera options. A new window will pop up in place of that. Then, you simply uncheck the box that says autofocus, then just drag the slider on the bar to set the focus closer or farther away. Tell me if you have anymore questions!
RedRocketFilms lol it's no problem :D With your C920 that you bought, it comes automatically with software. (I don't remember how I got it exactly, it might have been a disc) anyways, the program is called "Logitech Webcam Software" you should be able to download it from Logitech's website, or get it on a disc for free. I'm sorry that I don't remember how I got the software, although I think it was digital download or a disc that came with the C920
I bought it for $80 on Amazon, amazing price :D Though it was a limited offer, not sure if it's still going :P Oh sorry :P Didn't realize, I'll go check my inbox now :D
Hold everything! I think I solved the problem. Safety mode was on and that's why I couldn't get on your channel. Sorry for the trouble. I'll see if I can get another route 2 your channel.
I disabled safety mode. Now I can freely check out your videos. P.S. thanks 4 catching my comments and replying! Most folks I try to meet with don't really care about who comments or gives a suggestion. Thanks!
Timblegoorn Great! I'm definitely getting this camera now, thanks for the info. I made my pretty terrible animations (they're old) with a 3ds camera :/ and I used the stop motion tools on there. If you see my videos, you'll see how bad it was. Just 2 more questions, sorry : what animation software do you use to put the frames together, and does the live feed of the camera appear on the screen when you plug it in into your computer? Sorry again for the long comment.

Nice video mate! the 24/hr tech support bob is verry good at his job!
Looks nice, it appears that the C920 has a lot more focus adjustment "notches". Focus pulling looks better then when I try it with my C910.
I just got the webcam! Can't wait to use it
wow nice quality
can't wait to see new brickfilms :)
Awesome your animator of the month on IKITMOVIE!
No, it's your camera quality but it's the way you export the movie, for example, if you export in WMM choose HD export
haha yeah!
ohh, didn't know you can turn off light :P How do you do that? (I ended up covering the lights with black tape, so it'd be nice to just turn off the light) :P
THAT WAS SO AWESOME!!!
thanks!
thanks :D Can't wait to make more :)

Great video! I saw your channel, count me in the 6%! It is great to see God's work in peoples lives. : D
Dude, for some reason mine keeps focusing on the minifigs faces. It's super annoying

timblegoorn Thanks, but how do you set it to manuel??

DID YOU DELETE YOUR CHANNEL OR SOMETHING? I CANT GET INTO IT!
No I didn't, strange that it isn't working. Were you able to get into it before?
Hold everything! I think I solved the problem. Safety mode was on and that's why I couldn't get on your channel. Sorry for the trouble. I'll see if I can get another route 2 your channel.
Ah okay. No problem
I disabled safety mode. Now I can freely check out your videos. P.S. thanks 4 catching my comments and replying! Most folks I try to meet with don't really care about who comments or gives a suggestion. Thanks!
Does the camera you're using cause the video to have the thick black border that it has?
No, that is just a matter of exporting. It takes pictures in 1920x1080 HD, meaning that all of its pictures are normal full size quality.
Timblegoorn Thanks. This seems like a great camera. Really fluid animation, b the way. Keep up the good work
Timblegoorn And also, do you still use this camera for your current animations?
Yes I do :) It's been incredibly good to me.
Timblegoorn Great! I'm definitely getting this camera now, thanks for the info. I made my pretty terrible animations (they're old) with a 3ds camera :/ and I used the stop motion tools on there.
