Yeah I couldn't believe the things he'd said outside of official shows the first time I'd heard them. The "special" from start to finish really is the way the art has become since the mid 80-90s and it's what they mostly all work and strive towards to craft together a "product", whereas the bootlegs etc are where all the gems sometimes are hiding.
@@SPNKr16 exactly. I think it's sad that there's no bootlegs of lots of his shows like, say, Led Zeppelin's. Pretty often the stuff that doesn't make into the special is way funnier than ANYTHING in the special but it's too brutal to include in a special, like the bit about pranks from the Governor's bootleg, I fuckin' CRIED, I haven't laughed like that in MONTHS and MONTHS. Even if Louie got upset that it got leaked - I don't care - it's too good not to be released to fans because, you know, not everyone fuckin' lives in America and can just come to shows. Makes you wonder what was too awful to include in "Chewed up" and "Hilarious", I just know that even though these two had some really outrageous stuff there was something that was too crazy to make the cut.

@@SPNKr16 it probably wasn't - I think he didn't upload the most out there things he was saying. Anyway, we lucked out to have Louis because he's more of anomaly in showbiz. I'm glad NBO had enough sense to sign him.
