- This video lesson demonstrates how to interpret the results SIM Medium in terms of indole production and hydrogen sulfide production. Since we use Motility Test Medium to detect bacterial motility, we will not use SIM Medium to detect motility.
you're the best at explaining lab experiments
Once again, a clear and concise description and interpretation of the results. This helps me out a lot! Thanks Dr. Kaiser your name is Apropos . You are the the king of the microbes! Great job. Thanks for posting!
It was very clear and he showed all the three different possible results, as a visual learner this was very helpful. He did not talk about the motility aspect though.
Thank you. Very clear explaination.
I’m confused ... what about motility ?
if it's not motile the bacteria will be only on the stab line but here all the bacteria are spread in theirs medium
Wonderful video
Great video thank you!
What if it's indol-positive and hydrogen sulfide positive?, What would be the correct way to interpret it?
Red at the top and black agar?????
thank you!
On point
thank
