what bacteria did you used?

Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli

May E.coli as negative control and Aeromonas hydrophila as positive control

you not providing enough technical information on the methodology (how to make the agar, how long did the isolated grew, temp, iodine concentration, etc.)
