hey Roel, ik zit hier in Canada lekker jou filmpjes te kijken om beter te leren mijn bbq en little chief smoker te gebruiken. maar het zou mooi zijn om misschien tijden te krijgen van hoelang je producten op bijvoorbeeld de smoker hebt, en dan op de bbq. je geeft ons alles, temp, interne temp, kruiden. alles behalve de tijd :( Hoop dat je hier iets mee doet :) groetjes vanuit Alberta, Canada
Hi Remco! Tof man. Ik kook altijd op temperatuur omdat dit bepaald wanneer het eten klaar is. Ik wil dat mijn kijker niet af gaan op een tijd indicatie. Meestal geef ik wel aan hoe lang een kook sessie heeft geduurd.

@@stefans2772 well I cant tell you too much since I dont own either but from the looks of it the main difference is appearance. I have a offset smoker so I've had my eye on this style to save space in my yard
@@el5495 Well, i have a WSM and i really love it. I used to have an offset but the WSM is way easier to use and store. And more economical. That might have something to do with the offset smoker offcause. But i like it none the less.

Thanks for all your videos Roel. It appears that the fat drippings fell onto the coals and created smoke. Does burning fat not have a bad taste and contain harmful chemical by products? I have never seen you cook this way in a closed cooker. Maybe I did not understand ? Keep the videos coming. I wish I could purchase all the cookers you use. By the way. The link posted for the Flame Boss does not work.
