@@lukeoxford I got my local tackle shop where I bought the bivvy to contact the fox rep to ask if a camo one was in the pipeline, I was assured not, so went for the khaki extension, it actually works well, especially if you use the camouflage mesh panels in the extension, it complements the camouflage ltd edition bivvy well.
@leegr3732 I'm introduced to see what that looks like, I do like the sound of that to be honest with you. Do you have any pictures of it set up or a video that you could possible send to me??
@@lukeoxford I’m fishing for 4 days at the end of the month near Norwich, I will have it all set up there, camo XD and khaki extension, can take some pictures there if you like, I don’t mind sending some over. Don’t have room at home to set up both the min due to building work.
I was looking at one of the front tires, but I wasn’t sure if my Nash bed like you’ve got wood go in but now I know so I will be getting one soon. Thank you mate
al i will say about the bedchair is that it really is 1 of the best beds for comfort i have ever had, however it is too big, its too heavy. if you are planning on going with a partner or you are a larger guy then fine, but if you are like me and rather slim then i would prob stick to something a little smaller. dont get me wrong it does what its intended to do but personally i think its too big for myself.
Poingdesters in Southampton did mine for £791 price matched with Dansons Angling. Don't worry about the vapour peak either, does a great job. If however you don't use it, it will suffer pretty bad. I always use the peak and ground sheet now, not had a problem since.
You should've bought a Trakker Tempest Aquatex 150. Yes it's more expensive but it's a better bivvy with a bigger footprint (10' 3" wide )= more room. Personally I think ithe XD is too tall and flat for windy conditions. Nice camo pattern though. Absolute fortune for the Trakker one. Hope it serves you well. Tight lines bro 👍
the reason i got the XD is because i am tall and i suffer from a bad back after being in a lower bivvie for too long, so for me the XD is perfect, i understand it may not be for everyone but it is for my needs.
Gotta be honest here...had trakker etc over the years and friend has the fox xd...also had pioneer and having seen both I'd say the fox is the better bivvy. Just my opinion, but I just do .
Hi! I've already watched a few tent videos, e.g.: Prologic Inspire SLR Bivvy, NASH TITAN HIDE CAMO PRO XL, TRAKKER TEMPEST RS. But this tent is still closer to me in terms of solutions. However, I noticed one thing with all types, that they didn't put in a rain window that could be fastened with Velcro, or maybe it escaped my attention. In heavy rain, if you close everything because the rain comes in through the mosquito net, we can no longer see what is going on outside because we have to close ourselves and sit in a closet. how do you solve this? You made a good video. Best regards, Tibor
@Vackor41 it does come with a clear door so you are able to change the solid door with a clear door. This is what I currently have on the bivvie. Maybe I forgot to put that in the video. Thank you for watching my video and thank you for your kind words.
Just got the same one, incredible bivvy, just looking at the social extension now, nice vid, thx
i want to get that too mate but im waiting for it to come out in camo (if they bring it out in camo that is)
