I'm SO excited to announce our Black Friday sale is FINALLY here! Both of my courses are a full 50% off! This is the lowest price the courses have EVER been. Hopefully, some people who have been holding out on the courses are able to afford them now :) Grab both courses here: bit.ly/3oUbwhX (You can also use the coupon code BLACKFRIDAY50 at checkout)
Is this tutorial in the package that you are selling? If yes, is the perimeter of the videos cut off like in this video? Because not being able to see key things like Blending modes, makes the tutorial less straight forward to follow
I have been watching for a Black Friday sale and I was so excited to see that you did one! I got both the coloring book + environment artist book! I didn't even know that last one existed, I'm so excited they were both on sale!
So, I love this tutorial, however it is lacking in a lot of areas. I am not new to substance painter but some of the steps are hard to follow. The program may have been updated since 2021 and I'm on the latest installment. That said, a lot of the screen has been cut-off so I am unable to see what layers your clicking on and adjusting, as well as the steps are missing crucial parts. Example - I'm currently stuck on connecting the ambient occlusion to the black mask to finish the green layer. When I create a new fill layer, add a black mask - I can't simply drag/paste/connect the AO map to that black mask. I've been struggling with this for a few hours now. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but instructions were unclear.
I love your channel man! Great content, also do you have any recommendations on what kind of brand of drawing monitor/tablet I could afford for texturing? I hate doing textures with a mouse lol and my budget is around 200-500$.
great tutorial and the woman thats guiding through is super talented, its such a shame the editor decided it is better to cut out a heap of the screen hiding information...
do you recommend getting substance painter? I am very new to digital 3d art as I am mostly a pencil and paper artist. Should I start somewhere else or will I be okay if I jump into one of your tutorials?
Hi, I want to ask a question, what is the pc requirements for Substance Painter, I want to know it, because my computer, emmm, you know, it is a potato.
The programs used for this project were: - Zbrush (for sculpting) - RizomUV (for UV making) - Substance Painter (for textures) - Marmoset toolbag (for renders) - Sketchfab (online plateform for 3D model viewing) - Photoshop (for touch ups and final images) Hope this helps!
this is not even a tutorial. She has already done the painting and she doesn't even show how to do it from start. For beginners this is impossible to follow

I think that's why they cut them off - to get you to buy them.

You can use a AO generator on the mask or create a fill inside the mask and place your AO map in the grayscale channel.
I agree, it's hard to follow when you can't see where she's clicking :/
Im with you on this one.
It would've been really helpful if they were showing us how to do it instead of telling us how to do it.
Finnally found it!
Add a bitmap mask layer, then select your ambient occlusion map :')
Awesome but the cutted screen is confusing
It made me nostalgic Pokemon

For how long the courses will have the black friday discount? c:
Excellent content and explanation 👍🏼

You should learn doing things in 3d first
Need to rescale the video, most settings are outside the screen. Other than that, excellent little tutorial!
is there a free alternative to it ?
Will the coloring book be 50%? And is everything in the coloring book?
Yes
Can you make stylized spruce tree?
so bad that u did not showed full screen :(
I would love to see this tutorial but with photoshop UV handpainting not Substance..
Don't get sued, Nintendo love to hate on fanart
So how exactly to bake light?
Hi, I want to ask a question, what is the pc requirements for Substance Painter, I want to know it, because my computer, emmm, you know, it is a potato.

It's RizomUV! It makes UV unwrapping and packing easy ! 10/10 would recommend!

sad that the program is very expensive.

Nothing is ever black or white. Everything has color
Interesting, but not the most useful lesson
Its really sad that the course is focused on Unreal Engine.... Unity deserves better
