Meanwhile at Honeywood: The entire Skycraft playerbase being blocked from doing the main questline because 2 essential npc's are missing.
Oh yeah, isn’t B.O.B. part of some legendary prophecy or some sh*t?
There's also an investigation in progress with Greg as prime suspect of murder because of that mess in his house. And Bodger's tent has been burned down by that knight who's name I don't remember that didn't got his armor done on time. Oh right, there's also a lot of players fishing because Baelin took Greg's place in his absence and the only explanation he's giving for his quests is "mornin'!, nice day for fishin' ain it? huhah!", the playerbase is still stuck at honeywood trying to understand how to complete the fishing quest.
They also forgot the imprizoned NPC
And a lot of New Players cant even start the game because isnt Greg like the Tutorial NPC

Random NPC still locked up in the dungeon of the theater: Oh no, I hope my new friends will hurry up to get me out of here. It's my mothers birthday in a week. She is getting on a bit, I don't know how many more birthdays we can celebrate together.

I'm mildly concerned that they gave their full names to Zybilna with zero hesitation. But considering it's Zybilna I am looking forward to seeing what she does with them.
Yes, I was looking for this comment. When Kettlesteam literally said that they could 'give' Zybilna their names, I was immediately on edge.
Does it work like summoning a demon, where having their full name gives you power over them in some way?
@@Lewkis01 More or less, depends on the DM but yeah fey can do powerful charms and magics using peoples names.

@@Lewkis01 Like Messybark said it depends on the DM. But what normally gives them power over you is your true name, and in D&D your birth name isn't always your true name. Plus since they are in a video game their true names could be a weird nickname the devs gave them when they were making Azerim. So it's possible their true names are actually Dickhead 1, Dickhead 2, Dickhead 3, and Baradun the king of the Dickheads. So they might be safe. Maybe. Probably not.

They forgot the guy in the jail. Gave him hope, then left him to rot. I wonder how Rob will bring that back into the story later on.
The economy of honeywood must be so screwed up, Greg is not only the general store owner but the tavern owner and bodger being the blacksmith I can't imagine a small town having any more shops or merchants.
They have the fruit merchant played by Hamish, I can't remember his name. And his wife has a stall too, I think.

Robb, its a Black Dragon also known as a Skull dragon due to the shape of its face. Easily tell at a distance by the way the horns point, downward toward the nose on the Black. I actually called it out 2 weeks maybe 3 weeks ago, asking why the skull dragon was hovering so close

Ben's wit at the table in the moment is amazing, so many small subtle moments apart from the larger more noticeable stuff.
2nd point is that Bodger talks an awful lot about returning to Honeywood and his tent, considering in he said in regards to his hammer that is rightfully his "If it was me, I'd actually use it to honour him."
I'm not sure whether it's just Rob or a small group that writes for VLDL D&D but my god they are such an amazing wordsmith, some of the descriptions are unreal and beautifully written, my hats off to Rob and anyone else who helps write such an amazing show.
I hope that they'll make the 5 acts of Romeo and maglubiyet as a 5 part series on they're main Channel. I think it would be funny.
Oh, the poor thing they left in that underground prison.

Most likely not... they get to hunt the Jabbawok realize they need live bait so they turn around March 3 days back to the prison get him and free him, tell him to follow them they will protect him from harm... get back to the tracks where they think its near and hide from him, letting him run around until he is eaten as a snack.. then they catch the Jabbawok bring back to arch fey... at this point is when Greg has a complete and total meltdown 😅
I honestly can't tell whether it's Rowan roleplaying Bodger as a dumb-ass, or if Rowan himself struggles with the concepts. Sooo funny.
Also... Rob's portrayal of Lawrence collecting the box office... Brilliant, heart string tugging stuff! 👏👏👏
Definitely a black dragon, or skull dragon as it's commonly called. Known by the skull like face and forward pointing horns. I called it out a month ago in the 100th episode tbh
I keep wondering - did the mask they "found" in the deadfrost (the one where they don't know what it can do) has anything to do with Endolyn / her theatre? Rob described a symbol on the entrance wall where the comedy mask was missing and the drama one was left and I keep thinking that mystery mask was the missing comedy one?
Same, but the players didn't seem to pick up on that.
Nah. Rob told them at the table that the mask description in the lobby was to clue them in on making their play a tragedy. The magic mask is for something else.

When a fey asks "Will you give me your name?" the proper response is "No, but you may call me ____." The wording is everything.
However..... Zybilna only says "Introduce me to your friends" and Kettlesteam replies "They may give you their names if they wish."
I think Kettlesteam was more fed up with their treatment than any of them realize--because unless I'm mistaken, she's the one who baited and rigged that trap.
Zybilna offered them a courtesy by declining to ask them directly when she could have. Kettlesteam was the one who sidestepped it and subtly pushed them into it.
Edit: It's either that, or Zybilna would have had power over them whether Kettlesteam introduced them or they introduced themselves, and she was trying to be a homie by declining to answer and hoping they'd take the hint from the way she worded her response.
When they started saying jabbawack, the only thing I can think of was the Wabbajack in skyrim. Maybe a coincidence, maybe not.

It's funny how i just recently fought some Jabberwocks in Pathfinder Kingmaker. And even the lesser Jabberwocks are a pain. Can't wait to see how they handle this in the next episode.
Rob is the best. I LOVE his voice acting and generally acting as the NPCs! His first interpretations of the characters and situations are often way, way, WAAAAY better than the green screen recreations, hands DOWN. ROB FTW! ❤️

They had a bowl of fruit that kept refilling and didn’t take it. Drinks forever and didn’t take it. The npc in the dungeon could have been added to the troupe after the guys left so he may have made it out. I congratulate rob on the many voices and accents. I like how rob dropped in the sisters stole the power from someone to trap Zybilna and everyone just ignored it. You can always have the unicorn try to remove curse again if he’s around.
I only found this series a couple of weeks ago and im already caught up. Love it. Cant wait for the next one.
All in all, Endolin actually seems like she's generally an honest, wise, and kind elder, who also happens to deal in dark magic. The realm of her magical practice: the future, as well as all of the other recent circumstances resulting from the adventure, really seem to weigh heavily upon her, and her, shall we say, "soul". Great development and portrayal of this character, Rob!
And a patron of the arts, to boot! She didn't ask them to kill the giants, she just wanted to them to stop throwing rocks at the theater.

Greg confuses me so much- in his concern for the party being evil he is happy that they have let an obviously evil being and threat wander off and instead of fighting it, left a guy in jail and killed a stone giant teenager who was basically throwing rocks in a stream.
Rowan genuinely just blacks out whenever someone else is talking. It's honestly impressive how bad he is at retaining literally ANY piece of information
When they rolled insight after Greg shared his last name, I thought it was to see if they believe him
You know what's the only thing that sucks about this series? That it's just a short bite-sized piece each week. I want more!
