  • This is a simple follow along stretch routine that targets your lower back, hips and legs. It's a routine I used to do all the time and is suitable for beginners.
    If you feel any pain when doing any of these stretches then just stop.
    Please let me know how you found this routine. Future episodes will develop this routine with more challenging variations.

    I had my left lower back pain for almost 2 years. I have seen few physiotherapists recommended by the GP but it didn't work until I found your 2 positions on other VDO in March 2023, the cat and cow, the pegion post. It works as the pain now reduce from 9 to 2, Thank you so much.

    I have stabbing pain in the upper very middle of my back ... it's like electric shock sometimes ... right on the spine sometimes to .. man I wish I could help it

    Thank you for the routine. In the first seated stretch on our ankles, I had pain behind my left knee at my tendon. Is that telling of a condition?

      No not necessarily. It depends on your age and condition of your knees too. But maybe as you do this more you might find it hurts less. But of course if you're not sure you should always get yourself checked by someone. Best wishes, Ashley
