    If you are stuck at home and you feel like you are losing your strength or balance then this workout will help keep you strong and mobile.
    In this video our personal trainer Shivani takes you through a series of simple exercises designed for those who struggle with their mobility and strength. These exercises are suitable for those with little to no fitness at all.
    Do these exercises 2-4 times per week if you want to improve your strength and fitness.

    Precision Wellbeing Group ... Thank you for sharing your informative videos! They have helped me a lot so far through this process of restrengthening my body and getting back to where I should be as a normal healthy human being. Can't afford weights/home gym, so I have to find things like this that help and are effective. Having a severe back and neck injury aren't an easy task to achieve and not to mention that no body ever talks about the mental side of over coming that injury.     i have been swimming and floor excercises movenents on the floor to ease ny muscles which seem to be sore all the time seemingly from my body brain carrying too much tension, but, even doing it to stand is effort for me now so simple sregthening might help me.
    what do you have in a video it showed which muscles are effected the lat…. Dorsi ?

    Thank you so much for the great video. Super helpful. Great instructions and cuing. I like the band. I want to purchase one. Can you please tell me what degree of resistance to use. I'm a senior. Late 60's. Thank you : )

      Hi Rose, I'm glad you liked the video. To be honest I'd suggest buying a set of bands. Quite often a set works out better price too. This way you can try a band and see how it feels and then switch to a different one if you need to. The resistance you will need will depend on what exercise you are doing too.
