Wow, the voice acting in Persona 3 and 4 is NOTHING in comparison to this, you can tell how much effort and soul they put into this dub, get on Arc Rise Fantasia's level Atlus.
Kanny Boy Junpei voice actor voiced so many characters. He's a legend and same for Mitsuru's voice actress. Fuuka and Aegis' voices are so annoying though.

Man this game is old. However despite this games really bad voice acting, it truly is a diamond in the rough. Great characters, story, game mechanics, music, excellent boss fights and badass specials and summons. The only thing holding this game back greatly is the voice acting.

Some of the voice acting is actually pretty good, like Rastan, it's just kind of a mixed bag. I strongly recommend anyone trying it, it has a good story, good music, and a very addictive battle system.
Jeremy Hervieux I strongly disagree. Ryfia’s voice actor is perfect for her because her awkward dialect shows just how socially awkward she was deliberately designed to be.

Even with the a bad voice acting (That I realized until I watched this xD) was the game that introduce me on the JRPG genre and even helped me to improve my english by a lot! It only brings me good memories and I remember all the hours I expended on %100 the game Oh boy, I played this game every single day when I was younger and I miss it I miss the old days :')
This is completely true. Although the voice acting starts to become bearable as you play through for the most part. And there were some decent voices in the lot as well. The game itself, though, is really enjoyable, and there's a lot to do in it. If people can ignore the bad voice acting, they'd find a good game beneath all that.

The Japanese voice acting is actually very well done, as it uses well known Japanese voice actors who have previously worked in popular anime (including Clannad, Gundam, Macross, etc.), whereas the English version uses completely unknown voice actors with no previous voice-acting experience (probably to save costs).
Only the PAL version has that option I think. The NTSC or "American" version doesn't But you can mute voices altogether and play with just silent subtitles if you want.
