I've listened to this most talented man from the time I was in my teens. My oldest brother looked just. Like him he too loved his music. I lost my wife of 16 years to divorce. As hard as this may seem to be believed his music helps me one day at a time. Thank you Mr. Gene Watson for so many years of great music
Divorce is worth than death because it was a choice and they're still here. You have my sympathy.
How can anyone commenting put a thumbs down? He sings with conviction and maybe those not liking this doesn’t know the difference between good music and bad.

It continues to sadden and befuddled me, why this man is not in the Country Music Hall of Fame.

WHY is Gene Watson not in the Hall of Fame??? He can sing ANYTHING!!! That voice NEVER waivers. Far better than all the new singers that are sooooo not country, it is hard to even understand the words. What can be done to get the title he so deserves????

I always felt Gene Watson was under-rated and not taken seriously..I believe hes one of the great performers we have had and throughout the years..He has and always had a great voice. This folks is music.

The only time Larry sings the words as "HELP ME" is when he's singing backup for someone else, as here. Any other time, he sings it as "FOR HELP", which isn't even the title of the song. If he's going to sing "FOR HELP" they need to change the title! Anyone else agree?

Gene's version is great, but my favourite version is by Elvis, I believe he really was asking for help when he recorded this.
I read where Gene's daughter died recently; this song has much more meaning hearing him sing it now. :(
