பெரிய புல்தரைக்கு பதில் சுற்றுச்சூழலுக்கு உகந்த மரங்கள் வைத்தால் AC தேவையில்லை. மழைநீரை வெளியேற்றாமல் முழுவதும் பூமியில் இறங்குமாறு percolation pit அமைக்கவும். Luxury என்ற பெயரில் சுற்றுச்சூழலை மாசுபடுத்துவதாகவே உள்ளது நம் கட்டடக்கலை. பாரம்பரிய முறைகளையும் முடிந்தவரை பின்பற்றவேண்டும்.

அழகான இரண்டு குட்டி தேவதைகள் பூனை குட்டிகள் போல சுற்றி சுற்றி வருகிறார்கள்.
The reason people give cement flooring inside dog kennels is because of heat insulation sir.
Tiles reflect the heat and it becomes a hot box for the dog that lives in.
For flooring we have given cement finish only. Only the walls on the sides are tiles finish.
Beautiful abode.
The idea of taking care of every details right from rain water drainage, backyard space utility to mouse trap. Everything is looks so functional with latest technology. Kudos to architect Shiva. His entry class 😊.

Rat trap super idea.but few area water will come inside. Like east Lazer cutting gate, railing rest area.when the rain will come. Otherwise super. Congratulations. One car parking come to main door mean useful for old or sick people. Lift missing.

Everything looks amazing... But tv screen size ver big but sofa close to tv.. it's not good to ur eyes to watch tv so close... Tv screen size calculate Pani sofas place panirukanum

Actually you are so simple and humble . I like the following points which i have not ever seen .1. backside kitchen 2. That bhuddha🤩 3. The sitting space in staircase 🤓4. Kids bed 5. Wife workspace❤ 6. outside Kitchen small dining 😍7. Carpet wardrobe 👍8. outside walking lane and accupressure tiles totally than luxury i have noticed each and every inch you see every person's need you feel in your point that's the great work of a family man than a owner of a luxury house i hats off you as a family man. Surely i will steal lot of ideas to my tiny future house. Finally i have forgotten to say i asked my husband a garden with a swing and in a moonlight effect i like to read ரமணிசந்திரன் நாவல்

It is a gift to have a dream home with interior designs and many more. Do keep in mind that too expensive things we collected will not come with us when we live this worldly life. Always think of other people who are sleeping at the road sides etc; When we have too much money and plan for expensive ideas, do some good deeds for the needy.
