Workaround for Crane Bug: climbing the left plank on the right of the two flags in the back works. Immidiately to the right of the right flag there are to plansk that look like this, / |, you need to climbed the one that looks like this /. On my first try I started from the group and landed it, no issue after I someone post this. after I opened up the gate I went back to try it again and couldn't get it, but was able to very easily get it from the little ledge and only had to climb twice.
This game is filled with bugs. I thought I was wrong until I saw the video.
Can confirm this workaround works.
@@lmurteira Yes, it works. But the jumping with keyboard is just almost impossible even I hacked the health so I couldn't die.

I found a solution to the problem until they fix it u can climb up the wall in the north east section where the 2 flags are on the right flag u see a wooden plank actually 2 the left one u can grapple 3 times by moving forward kinda straight into the wall no from an angle and press x (ps) just wiggle the analog stick a bit till u are up the ledge hope they fix it soon tho this will scare away people
This was a solution i found from someone on the bug report for the game i just tried it and it totally worked only took me like 4minutes aswell

cranes not turning all the way like in the video? Fear not my dear adventurers. All you need is holding run and W. Head for a gate with two flags on the north east (its near those cranes). What you do next is really easy step. At the gate on the right side there are planks (near the flag). hold W and shift (run) towards that left plank. Try to wiggle a bit with movement till you grab it and get on top of it. Voila.
This works. Takes a few tries to get up there but easily done with controller. You can bypass cranes entirely. Thanks for the tip.

5:49 this jumping puzzle is actually impossible on a mouse and keyboard
fuk man seriously i've attempted this no less than 50 different times and I cannot land that 3rd jump.
got it sorted. keyboard only really allows for movent in 8 directions, u, d, l, r, and diagnols. Each jump requires you be at a very fukin specific spot on each of the platforms and then you have to press shit+the direction (N,S,E,W, NW, N, SE, SW). The first jump from the platform is easy, just Shift+S (down). The 2nd jump you have to be on the right (east) side of the circular platform and then press shift+SW. The 3rd jump is the most difficult, you have to be position yourself to the very SE most corner BUT, be facing to the West(left). Once you're in that position pressh Shift+SW (down+left). It's going to look weird and not intuitive from a jump view but do that and you'll land it. The 4th jump be on the South(bottom) side of the platform and Shift+West (Left). Took me way to long to figure that shit out not to share.
It is fairly easy if you change your settings in the CONTROLS to the other Alternative, ESC>CONTROLS> top right of screen UNCHECK ALternative Scheme BOX so you jump where your cursor is then set it back to how you normaly play by check the box again. Hope this helps

I was stuck for a while and realized thanks to this video this game is crazy buggy. My cranes WILL NOT turn that far.
Did you try turning it the other direction?
Ya there bugged u can't jump over to the second or line up the second once u do figure out how to get over currently

god, i love how dumb i am, all i had to do was watch will 0:38 and went "what... how did i miss that" then proceed to get past it... btw i spent about 45 min running around that area, prob didnt help it was dark, raining, and frames kept going from 60-35-58-45-31-etc
(special tip please read) Hi I am playing a more recent build of the game as of 7/19/2024 the method of traversal described in this video is no longer viable after climbing the vines the player is now greeted with a solid stone wall instead of the path mentioned in the video however to the (right) of the banner there is a (fallen tree) if you (walk up) the fallen tree then you then able to progress to the next stage.
If you are using mouse and keyboard and cant move the cranes, I found out you can use W and S to move them instead of A and D! Hope this helps some people. Cheers.

I think I hate platforming the most in this game, it's just so janky for me. For the Alchemist cave, I can't believe how many times I died simply running and trying to make the jumps and then when I get this this warden key...lmao, more frustrations.

Thank you so much, I have no clue why vines are invisible for me (I overlook them). I jumped of the ledge ontop of the gate on my first playthrough but my current mage does not have enough hp to survive it.

just go to the north east side of sacrament. there are also post signs that give directions
Just to the the right of where the priests ask you to follow their leader there is a slope from that area that goes up, took me ages to figure out how to get there. As far as I can tell no signs in sacrement point that way, rookery marin forest marketplace and war room sure.
Thanks! My map was tricking me and made me think it was the city edge. I would have probably found it immediately had I chosen to activate the quest after I killed Derrick. Anywho, I've finished the nameless path stuff with the Twin boss fight (loved that boss; I died 3 times I think but never did figure out how to time my parries for that fight). It looks like all I have left to do in early access (other than upgrades) is the crucible stuff. Pity. I'm having a good time. 😢
