  • I was taught what you were taught: imprint your lower back into the mat for exercises like The Roll Up, The Neck Pull, Shoulder Bridge Preparation, The Teaser, Rolling Back, Short Spine, Long Spine, etc. etc...
    And you know what? From the Biomechanics perspective that is not going to get us strong and supple. It's just not. It's really the opposite of what we need. Check out this video for a serious deep tip on it all!
