For me, it all started with revelations of how useful a better ESC and remote can be. Coming from basher background, I already know how important the suspension tuning is but that's it. I didn't know what's the deal with those aftermarket expensive ESC and transmitter until recently I hit the track with a stock Serpent SRX8 RTR that I noticed how hard it is to drive on track. But once I replaced the ESC with Hobbywing's that comes with program card and upgraded to Sanwa MT44 transmitter, it's getting easier. I consider myself as a good car and motorcycle driver (I drive an MT car in 2022) so I have a habit of how much I depend on engine braking, how much throttle I need to apply when taking corner etc. With the upgraded ESC and transmitter, I can setup the car the way I would drive it in real life and that makes things easier and more comfortable (aside from taking jumps, that took some practice as my natural instincts is to slow down on speed breaker 😁)
Could you do some videos about setting up steering and throttle expo, and maybe some speed control settings, im a newbie and I have no clue how to set anything on radio or speed controller
Ive been trying to find a video on lap times with a traxxas tqi controller vs a high quality controller, I couldn't find one video on UA-cam with this comparison, if someone would make this video i bet it would get thousands of views
How do you like the losi on dirt? Also I just use the Box setup and then just make small adjustments! I feel that the right tire can really make a difference!
I made a few more changes to the box stock setup. The stock setup was way too stiff for how bumpy that clay track ended up being. I did like it a lot though
I Have an RC10B5M that I bought used. I also bought a used traxxas tqi radio. If you could only upgrade one thing at a time would you get a new car or a new radio first?

These are the ONLY videos I watch on normal speed. They're very helpful. I'm getting into rc and saving up for a xb2c. Thanks roach
Thank you! I'm new to rc in general and needed that!
absolutely brilliant
