Thank you so much for this video! Any further tips on constructing a letter for the Rutgers program, for example, where you are writing one letter to the entire program and cannot make it company specific?

For the Rutger's program, I'd made sure:
a) you're not applying to more than 1 functional area (2 is ok (I did this) but not preferred)
b) you heavily address 'why the rutgers program' and how you can utilize that large program to help the company you'd be a fellow at
c) focus on your strengths and what VALUE you bring to the table
