In today's video I am showing you the typical pre pour check for the slabs and the column. I will show you the balcony connectors and explain why it's so important to make sure the right one are installed. You will see bottom and top reinforcement and I will tell you what is the most important to check. I will focus on slab connections and prop points to make sure the load is distributed as designed. We will look at the shear links which are the most important in this type of slabs. I will show you rebar drawings for the slabs and columns and explain how to read them and what to look for.You will see how important right setting out is and why QA job is so stressful working with these guys... 😉
