I wanted to thank you for posting your content; I've been dealing with similar symptoms for 3+ years now as well, and I have experienced a lot of overlap on what you discuss in your topics; as well as similar lessons learned (some harder). It is reassuring, perhaps even comforting to hear someone other than myself travel down this path. I think you may understand what I mean by that. Anyway; just wanted to express my appreciation for your research and what you post.

Would you recommend an iv of glutathione. I know it’s bad to take as a supplement. Because of sulfur.
Also my naturopath had me stop milk thistle, but I take Tudca. But that’s had taurine in it which is also high sulfur right?

Hi! So the molybdenum by Biotics Research has been a life saver and I have had no side effects thank god!!! I need anywhere from 900-1500 mcg a day just to eat a low sulfur diet. I probably started by taking half of a 150 mcg pill or maybe a quarter. I don't remember. I think I am getting better now that I am treating SIFO. I will have a video on the sulfur and SIFO connection coming out early this coming week

Have you tested for heavy metals Jake? A sulphur thiol sensitivity is a hint that possibly mercury is adding to your MCAS bucket

    • @kineticstarz347

i thought the same thing Heavy Metals!! but i have the same issues sulfur intolerance, H2S Sibo, low test, fatty liver/ elevated enzymes and kidney bladder disfunction. but a hair mineral analysis 3 months after taking cilantro & alpha lipoic acid to try and bring some metals into circulation, showed no metals at all. i tried some heavy stuff anyway and seen no improvement. this issues has me thinking genetics mostly CBS up regulation (getting my 23andMe soon) but what is the fix for upregulated CBS no one seems to know.

Hello I just started watching your videos and I like them so much, very informative and sweet Piper is adorable! (I have a chiweenie and he looks a little like her!)
I was also wondering if you’ve ever looked into thiamine deficiency, you probably have, but many Drs on UA-cam say a ton of SIBO, slow motility, gut dysbiosis, and food intolerance symptoms can be attributed to that. Dr. Elliot Overton of EONutrition did a video on that and you should see the comments from people with symptoms exactly like ours take the thiamin and say their symptoms started improving. Even I was shocked (I’m a skeptic) so I’m going to start taking some today so i will come back here to comment an update after a week. He did the video about a year ago I think but did a video on thiamine just 2 months ago, it’s his most recent one but the other one I watched is in his “most popular” list.
Anyway, I know you’re all over this, have researched almost everything under the sun and have tried everything but reading the comments of people saying they’ve struggled for years with food intolerance, SIBO, IMO, GERD, slow motility, nerve issues, etc and taking it for one week changed many of their symptoms for the better and for many taking it for 2-4 weeks caused them to go into complete remission so I’m excited to try it!
