    This is very pretty! :) just a note from a native, I think instead of "inertia" you should use "momentum". Inertia in English mean "inactivity" or "unmoving" :)

    • @dhomy2699
      @dhomy2699 5 років тому

      Newton's first law of motion states that a body at rest remains at rest, or, if in motion, remains in motion at a constant velocity unless acted on by a net external force. This is also known as the law of inertia. Inertia is the tendency of an object to remain at rest or remain in motion" That said you give enough momentum to achieve the maximum inertia! or you wish for it.. :)

    • @Jihaleh
      @Jihaleh 5 років тому +1

      @@dhomy2699 while i appreciate the physics lesson, it's the context I was talking about. She mentioned it as the push, the force to lead to the inertia which maintains the spin. 😄

    If my comments are annoying please tell me but I have a feeling that it’s helpful when people comment on your video and I’m not sure about that however I wanted to say in case you didn’t realize is that thing that makes you so much different besides how in detail you explain things and make it make sense, is that it’s like actually taking a class with you because you do it with us and you go slow everyone else just shows you how it’s done and that’s that and you’re supposed to be able to do it. It’s like you’re helping us for real and they’re just showing us how it’s done. I don’t know if you realize that but I think that’s pretty cool. If I have any tips or suggestions I would be happy to share them as some kind of small donation Towards your channel… At the same time if it’s just giving you more to read and taking up your time please tell me because I don’t wanna be a bother and I don’t expect you to focus anytime on me and I would not be mad at all I would still love watching you

    I don't know whether it's normal but I have a mental problem with Juliet spin. Like my brain would be too confused and I freak out cause I am not facing the pole. Idk, that's weird :( I have the same problem when I hooked my knee to the pole and leaned backwards for the first time. It was so weird to go backwards, my brain had to get used to this movement, it was screaming at me not to do this. Has anybody else ever experienced this kind of stuff? When the position is so unnatural to your body that it just freaks out and tries to protest?

    • @AneteBlaua
      @AneteBlaua  4 роки тому

      It means you need more time. Prepare your body gradually. Pole is full of different moves, just pick a different move to do, and let these ones comes to you when youre ready.
