I don't know about body, but I have a natural face mask which helps remove tanning from face instantly. Add rice powder and cooked rice with milk and blend them in a mixture. If you want to exfoliate the dead skin cells in your face or just want to exfoliate your face then increase the amount of rice powder, but if you want to just remove tan and brighten your face then increase the amount of cooked rice. Leave the mask on your face until it drys completely (usually takes 15 minutes). Rinse the mask off with water. Use the mask AFTER you have washed your face, your hands should be washed too. After completely removing the mask, you can do your skincare. For more results, use this mask twice a week.
use crest whitening mint toothpaste and brush every morning and every night(never skip) and floss every night. the crest tooth paste is better than whitening strips, as it takes its time and you will notice a permanent difference after a while

And if you can't get rid of tasty food (which is understandable) just try increasing your protein levels and decreasing carbohydrates. Do NOT try eating excessive fibre or refraining from eating fat. You can do that but from what I've heard if you do it more than needed it'll cause more harm than good
