Put the silver volvo back together as a normal truck, get it sold, and then use the finances from the volvo to finish the 4 series in normal life you try to walk before you can run .
That wouldn’t make good content though. Drama and problems is what gets clicks which is what pays for everything. Imagine watching a trucking video where eberything goes to plan. It’s exactly why Tim has 1 million followers and the others have 10K each

I think the R-Series needs airbrushing on the back of the cab as it looks very plain and definitely add the lights on the mirrors.

Tim if I’m being quite honest. I think you should sell the silver Volvo and just concentrate on the 4 series scania and the Volvo fh v8. You need the space or get a bigger unit.
I think selling the sliver Volvo is the only option really. If he gets a bigger unit, he's gonna have 3 more projects lined up within 5 minutes of ownership of the unit 😂
rebuild the silver volvo with the standard suspension and sell it. could really do with stopping writing off so many trucks
nobody wants a volvo of that vintage. it can't go anywhere in the UK as a working truck because of LEZ regs coming in everywhere. the only person who would buy that is an african exporter and they won't give more than £2.50 for it.

That's actually a brilliant idea! That way he can still have his full trailer for work and carrying cool stuff on it and in truck shows he can bring both his trailer and the Volvo so they can sleep next to the Scania. If he does end up doing that I hope fans won't come down knocking on his door in the middle of the night.

I think you should hire a videographer to follow Ben and start knocking out these projects. You will get a lot of people interested in the restoration work. More content = more projects.

I say get a bigger unit tim , makes sense . Have a separate Bengineer Bay for the mechanic side and have the other side for museum or somthing tim ...I think Sean should do the interior of the daf wrecker and take it too shows tim ... that be awesom to see . Hey.. the 4 series will happen when it happens.. it might be next week.. it might be next YEAR.. but im sure I speak for most of your community when i say " we will be ready.. and we will be SUPER excited to see it at truck shows".. I think you should part out the silver FH.. with Helens approval of course.. then put those funds into the 4 Series.. also.. the door falling off the R series would make for a good bit of content wouldnt it..
the 4 series will never happen. He got bored of that the moment he bought the FH V8 project. Once they get relegated to the corner of the shed, or worse - moved to another location for make space for something else, that's the end of the project and it will sit there rotting away until you eventually die and then your kids are left to dispose of it all. He should send the whole lot except the S and R series to the scrapper and start doing some proper work.
Do a7.5 t cab for your misses....use a sleeper cab... Use a small city wheel ...like the USA spec for trailers....and use the 164 on a short chassis. As mini tug for your project's.... For shuntin work...

This is a very random idea but have you ever thought about putting the sim on like a trailer or something and bringing it to shows?
Me personally, I'd sell the silver volvo and use the V8 volvo and do the blue scania as a second work truck for content
Get the Volvo finished and back together and then sell it and put the money into the other projects. Then finish the current projects and stop creating more projects.

Tim, when you put that axle on the V8, be mindful that when your loading it on to trailer its aired up for clearance so the bottom of the fuel tank doesn't get ripped out, it was very close the first time it was loaded.

Here is my suggestion for what it's worth
1'put the sim on the mezzanine
2 Take the sides, skirts and good bits off the silver one and scrap it
3 Finish the V8 swap completely
4 Get rid of all the rubbish and unused parts
5 then return to doing the T4
Nobody is buying the silver FH even if you put it all back together. The cab or chassis was bent on it iirc so you won't even get any interest from an export company and they'll probably want you to pay THEM to take it away. Strip it for parts (those wheels will fetch a good few quid) and then ring the scrap man to come take the chassis, and let him take the 2 Scania cabs, 4 series chassis and Volvo V8 at the same time. Nobody cares for the simulator.

Either try to make the Silver Volvo stock and sell it or, Keep it but store it since it was the experience day truck after all and it could make a good spare worker if needed. Wasn't a huge fan of the Mods done to it but it seems a waste to have gotten so far with it just to start stripping it for bits.
As silver one is bare chassis I'd make that into a motor home to take to shows. Like a luxury sleeper

No Tim my flat is not bottom floor it is 2nd floor I had to carry it all the way up the stairs by myself and unscrew it if the pallet outside 😊but thank you again so much I haven’t stopped sitting on it since I got it

You need to decide what you want to do in future, do trucking jobs (you have a truck and trailer), offer simulator experiences (you have it all ready), do projects (you have a few) or just mess about making videos with amazing content ( you have done that for several years now). Then you can decide what you need truck-wise to achieve that aim. You can do whatever you want at present. Don't forget other people though.
Don’t know if you’ll read this Tim, but you should give the Silver Volvo to Ben and let him make his own touch on it, it’ll keep the chanel going more and it’ll be good to watch after everything he’s putting in working full time and coming to work for you 👍👍👍

Honestly the Silver Volvo was almost done. Just needed a full paint or wrap and tidy up inside for Helen or for the adventure drive for the fans.

Build a time machine and don't rip apart what was a really nice red Scania. Alternatively think things through a bit before blowing cash out of bottom.
Tim, take one job at a time, you go at everything like a bull at a gate. Get one truck completed,and use money sensible.
He's a typical hoarder. Just buys random crap on a whim with some vague plan to do something with it at some point in the future. Then something else comes along and the previous one gets dumped in the corner of the yard or barn to be forgotten about because he's lost interest. None of these projects will get completed, or if they do it will be some half-arsed job with it being 10x worse than what it started as. He'll just keep flitting from one project to another as he dreams up some new plan; there'll be a brief flurry of activity on them, then boredom will set in again. He's kdding himself if he thinks any of these will get done. I'm sure Ben is loving being paid handsomely to basically play with power tools and welders all day without actually achieving anything useful.
He bought that S series for no reason other than he has money burning a hole in his pocket. He's not using it and it's just losing thousands and thousands in depreciation every week. The R series still works fine and is road legal so long as he keeps the exhaust diverter turned off for road use. It's clear that's where his passion is and he loves driving that. He has no passion for the S series and it's clear to see. Now he's on about starting a project on that to customise it. :facepalm:
Keep the V8 build front end as it was and have that truck big and high up of the ground like an off road build instead of having it low to the ground!!

Hey Trucker Tim I think that Ben wants you too sell your work shop and go and buy a bigger work shop so that you have plenty off space for all off your trucks and your low loader trailer and a big office space for Mrs Trucker Tim too work in and have another place in your new work shop so that you can put all off your merchandise in.

The back off the r series is very basic you should add air brushing or a big v8 sign on the back in your blue or you could put a bunch off sponsors on it like trans tech Lombardo trucker Tim etc with their logos

Love the video Tim. Great to see all the TT Team on content. I think you should put the silver Volvo back together and sell it, then use the money on the 4 seriess it going to cost ££££££ as you now need to find a new engine. But what even you decide to do with the silver Volvo, Mrs TT won’t be very happy with you.
I think what you should do is all the quick easy projects get them finished and out the way then move onto the next easy project get that finished and moved out the way because at the minute you’ve just got multiple half started projects nothing finished so focus on one get it done get it out the way

Why not get the Volvo back on it's wheels running then put in shed where the 4 series is then can do bits on it when have time? and put 4 series at back of workshop so can get on with it bit by bit while the Mixed race Volvo/Scania is at front getting it's bits sorted

Scrap the lot, the silver volvo is bent so could never be sold anyway,( you got robbed with that) the sim is a load of scrap and could never actually be used outside at a show. The Volvo v8 is useless because you didn’t fit the engine properly 😂, just be honest you’ve had a good run on here and you’ve obviously made some serious money out of it. Scrap the lot and start a T cab project or maybe go wild and start a haulage company either way all of the amateur projects that you’ve half done are getting a touch boring now (and I’m a fan). Just be honest with us and yourself, you were like a kid in a sweet shop- you got carried away once the money started rolling in. To a certain extent we’d all do something similar, but not as bad. Please scrap the lot and start again before people get bored.👍

I personally don't like lights on mirrors. Driving during at night is difficult to see mirrors because ligts shine into mirror

well i thought helen was having the silver truck shame if she didnt get it, she does put up with alot you do tim be nice and give her the truck she wants.......but if helen doesnt want it then sell it and put it towards a t cab or a bigger unit to be able to have the space needed to work on things
