If you're going to scrub them the way you do then it doesn't really matter which cleaner you use regularly.
No matter what cleaner you use, wheels should always be scrubbed like that when cleaning them
They both have the same effective chemistry, in different concentrations. They are for different applications.
Over application of product combined with the agitation made this comparison slightly pointless. These wheels would have come clean with any cleaner on the market.
I'd say a more proper test would be spray on dry, then rinse with no agitation.

Is this safe on removing iron particles on car paint?
I would not
Yeah, it’s kind of pointless to use anything harsh if you’re going to agitate anyway.
I’ve found that Adam’s Wheel and Tire Cleaner -when sprayed off with a cheap pressure washer- doesn’t require any agitation, which does make it more effective and easier to use than some other cleaner, imo. Would be interesting to test which other wheel cleaners can manage that. Maybe I’ll make that vid, lol. 😛
Just bought the heavy duty one at auto one and must say, all these so called grime removers are nothing but over priced gimmicks. I can practically get the same results with simple soap. This is a ripoff at 19.99. Will stick to maguires wheel cleaner at a cheaper 7.99 a bottle.
