    Whisk
    130gr Egg whites
    Add one by one
    200gr sugar
    250gr ground almond (organic)
    65gr of flour (can use gluten free flour too)
    75gr dry raisins
    2-4 table spoons of dark rhum
    Spread the dough on a baking tray to the desired thickness
    Let rest at room temperature for 20min
    Place at the bottom of the oven @180 for 15/20min
    Cool down on a rack
    Store in a biscuit tin!
    Voilà!

    Très bon biscuit! Dommage les explications sont en anglais.
    J'ai remplacé les noisettes par de la poudre d'amande et mis moins de sucre (glace avec les blancs d'oeuf!) et de farine
