Yall. It is not a zoo. This is specifically a non profit lion rehab and sanctuary. The lions aren't sad, thats not why they're laying down, they are lazy because it was hot af and they sleep 18 hours a day. They are treated exceptionally well here with temperature controlled shelters and they are expanding each enclosure even more. This is not Tiger King. This is not SeaWorld. "All animals should be released into the wild!" Is not feasible in all cases, they will either get killed by those born in the wild or be poached. They are here to educate the public and support conservation causes.

100%. Lions are known for lazing around majority of the day due to the effort required in their hunts. Even with lions in any type of captivity this behaviour carries across as it's in their behavioural DNA.
Isnt it true the Male lions kill each other in the wild to be the head of the pack? Even for male cubs its sometimes not safe for them to be in the wild
@@suemikeemery they didn't force animals to perform. If the giraffe didnt want to paint a shirt he still gets fed a carrot, no abuse because he decided not to.

This zoo should be shut down. All zoos like this in this country should be illegal ! Poor animals.

Makes me want to go on a trip with my bestie. I see the comments about not doing anything while in Vegas but it wasn’t their trip it was yours and you spent it the way you wanted to. Glad you girls had fun.

Our kitty, who would’ve turned 19 in February, just died yesterday (and we buried him today), so seeing your baby girls rolling around on the bed was wonderful and painful at the same time.
I'm so sorry for your loss of your kitty 😢 prayers for comfort for you and your family🙏 losing our furry family members is just as hard as losing any family member imo and I totally understand how that feels. 19 years is a long life for a kitty but not long enough for us😢❤

Be happy you had him that long one of mine was hit by a car he was 2 the other one killed by a neighbor intentionally then i lost 2 litters this year bc of coyotes and the other litter was sick but I'm glad i still have one of my indoor cats he's 4 which seems like Very long time to me bc of the ones i lost
Sorry, the animal enclosures look really small, did they have other proper outside space too?
That "sanctuary" can't even afford to feed their lions properly right now. And the living conditions were atrocious. No effort whatsoever to make their habit anywhere near what it would be like in the wild. And the foie gras? You do know that it is banned in certain places because of how insanely cruel the treatment of the ducks/geese is, right?

Thoroughly enjoyed Vegas. Loved seeing the lights, the Dancing Waters and taking a trip down memory lane. Thank you for sharing. Many times I felt like I was sitting next to you and Brittany and enjoying the day.

ty so much for sharing y'alls trip.... I enjoyed every minute of it, right from my home.... I live on the east coast and will never get there... I loved the lions and the giraffe , the info was so interesting, plus the two of you look great, and have great personalities, did you enjoy the curds? and the white castle burgers?...... the fountain display was soooooooooo awesome, and all the buildings and bright lights in Vegas.... Wow, poor animals! Why would you support this organization? I don’t care if it’s a habitat or not, the lions and other animals need their natural environment. If this organization can’t provide this, they’re better off letting nature take its course.
That is the way to do it, I never make plans when I go on vacation, especially if we're going to the ocean. I will literally stay either on the beach or on my condo balcony and watch the ocean! People be like, you drove 13 or so hours to sit and look at water?, yes ma'am, every day all day!!!

Exactly!! I never think there's any 1 way you have to do vacation. I try to explain that to people, we wanted to go somewhere to relax and have a new adventure. Which we did 😁

Hi kandy, I saw in another video you don't watch the news because of violence, I don't either. In my case especially because of violence against animals. Foie gras is made with violence. I don't know if you know about the specifically violent way this meat is produced. But seeing you talk about it like it's no big deal, kept me up a night. I hope you will understand. Kandy, you briefly touched upon an idea for new blogs, and I think it's a great one, which is to travel with B and report on your experiences traveling as plus size travelers. Really, I'm being sincere. You can report on theme parks i.e. among of walking, best shoes to wear, size of theme park seats (I had someone tell me that my going to a symphony would be hard since the seats are small...really 😒). As a plus size woman I'd like to know food choices, shade, flat vs. uphill terrain, but mostly attitude and which hotels etc. are worthy of my fat money!! Love You both. Stay safe and healthy! 💗
Have been to Vegas 7 times, mostly with my mom. Have seen many many shows, not sure if they are happening but wish you had gone to one of the Cirque shows. They are amazing and it's tradition I see at least one each trip. Have seen them all. It's also tradition that we have one adventure day. I have done horseback riding, jet skis, four wheelers in the desert, hummer trip, white water rafting in the grand canyon, helicopter rides. We also do Chippendales or ladies Saffaire club and Magic Mike a " man show" 😁. We gamble, drink, shop and relax too. You definitely need to go back to do these things. By the way I'm 300+ lbs so don't let that stop you from shows, adventures, eye candy 😍

Brainfreeze tip! If you feel the brainfreeze, put your tongue against the roof of your mouth to warm up the artery (? Or a nerve can't remember what is there lol) that passes along that area. Anything cold that touches the artery (or nerve?) Immediately sends pain signals to your brain, so putting your tongue on it warms it back up to decrease the pain :) a dentist had told me that.

I love Vegas, thinking of moving there, except of those extreme heat temps in the summer! I also love when you cats are in your vlogs (not this one LOL) 🍹 🤩 🌸 (I heard Zak Bagins is dating Holly Madison) You guys should have checked out The Wicked Spoon buffet in the Cosmo, it's my fav restaurant! You guys had the best view from the Cosmo balcony, I'm right there with you, I would have spent the afternoon right there and being a foodie myself, Vegas is top notch !!

Can’t fathom traveling during a pandemic.. was this filmed a lot earlier?
Although I used to agree with this statement, I believe COVID is here to stay. At some point we have to live our lives. Wear a mask, wash your hands, and use sanitizer. Are we going to sit inside and rot forever? I do believe in taking precautions though. Those going out without masks or sanitizer and not washing their hands are just irresponsible.

I went to Vegas for the first time last October.. same time you guys went, for my birthday. Yes, I was shocked how big it was too lol. We stayed in Treasure Island but wished we would have stayed somewhere else lol looks like yins had a good time! Thanks for sharing!
I went to Vegas with my husband about 10yrs ago. We are from NY and absolutely LOVED everything about it, especially the locals. Everyone was so nice, and the atmosphere was amazing. I would love to go back but what the hell is with the resort fees? They didn’t have those back then and they are almost an additional $50 a night. I just think that’s insane. Watching the video of you guys was great, thanks for uploading it 😁
