- Today Mace and I talk to an old friend we met on our Ghost Hunt in Bodmin jail almost a year ago. Her name is Kirsten and she has the ability to see feel hear and sense the paranormal. She is a psychic medium and has many other abilities that she uses to communicate and sense things that the everyday person may not be able or in tune to sense.

My daughter died almost a year ago, she had severe disability and was so incredibly brave for 19 resilient years. She was cremated, a decision I made that was greatly criticised, however, I saw it as her rising like the phoenix from the ashes of a body that did not serve her well. Her renewed freedom gives me consistent signs that she is with me every day 🕊

Oh sweetheart, when we loose our nearest and dearest, what to do afterwards for their being laid to rest is always going to be an extremely difficult and important decision to make. It also a person's preference too which can sometimes upset other family members and close friends. However, not knowing you, your daughter or family, having just read your 1 comment alone, I'm sure your daughter would be very happy and also proud of you for making such a difficult decision. How you explained it was just beautiful. These things are never easy and we are always left wondering did we make the right decision. I'm sure your daughter is flying real high with her Angel wings and will be by your side until the day you meet again. God bless you my dear. My wife and i went to the cemetery at Taylorsville Metropark in Dayton, OH for a paranormal investigation. 3 out of 4 of us, including my wife and myself, saw the same apparition at the same time directly followed by my equipment going off. No video unfortunately but it was a super cool experience. It's super rare, so I've heard, to actually see a spirit or ghost. Luck of the draw, our first time investigating together, we see one lol
The gift is very subliminal and just accepting the things that are felt or seen will always make others question "How did you know that ahead of time?" As for green, in nature, it is the only colour in the electromagnetic spectrum that plant can not absorb. They once tried to deny UFO's existed and now they can't seem to say enough about them. Like Kirsten pointed out, they have used gifted individuals to find the answers the powers that be could never know, only to realise, after research that their answers were correct.

A nun bought me angel cards as a gift when I was. Leaving rehab. This lady was special, she had a heart of gold, a great sense of humour and had no problem giving her opinion. Even tho esp as a nun she shouldn't touch these cards as it's seen as demonic or witchcraft, but she knew I loved them, she didn't get anyone else a gift when they were leaving rehab but herself and my favourite counsellor said there was something special about me , I light up a room when I walk in. Oh I miss those fantastic people. The head nun would have went crazy at them if she found out about the angel cards and hold chain they bought me so I won't mention their names but that nun had an open mind ya get me 🌹

On the subject of levitation, you need to check out the journals of the early English explorers of India when they encountered the Indian fakirs. I think you were outclassed in this podcast. Hey man thank buddy. Considering we both just do this for fun I thought we did quite well. I wanted to approach it like that because I didn't want all 3 of us to just be in owe of the stories and things being said. I had to be the other voice. I didn't upset her btw mate, we are still talking now and she loved every second of it but to be honest I don't want to learn it because it scares me... and I think the more I start learning about it, the more possibility of something paranormal happening or to me or my family. so I prefer to approach it in a light hearted way if you understand. Ill be honest, after this podcast the next day I was a little freaked, that seed of believing just spouted lol

You and Mace bounce off each other like a handball off a wall, and I think Kristen added to that as well. As for the edit comment, its hard to explain, but I just got that feeling (and I get them a lot) when I saw her face. Honestly, I think this is your best podcast so far and I will be rewatching it. She is a person I would really like to have a conversation with. When you and Mace decide to do an investigation with her, I think it will be something amazing to watch, and never be afraid to learn something new.

I'm not going to go into it more because it's quite complex but I would defo look into it more before listening to these ''psychics'' because they might not have your best intentions in mind despite what they claim. I mean this Kirsten person was giggling about putting a ''spell'' on someone but she admitted to putting a HEX on someone and if you look into hexes(a curse basically) you'll know what I mean with her not having your best intentions.

She is one of a small number of "psychic mediums" (she doesn't like to be labeled as she said in this interview), who is like Amy Allan of "The Dead Files". She speaks of the difference of spirits/ghosts, entities, "elementals" which come from surrounding energies or form from energy, aliens, how spirits can project into another form, etc.

The volume keeps going down on my phone watching this it's weird. I think alot like this lady but I do turn to God when I'm having a hard time, I thank him for the good times, I believe in so many things others don't so why can't god exist for me.
I've been called crazy, I've been sedated for an illness I didn't have. I like to give people hope esp those down and out on their luck I try to give them hope that everything will come together for them . I've only seen 3 ghosts, one was a demon, Ive seen mists and that was terrifying, sleep paralysis, I see obs everyday now.
The only way I can explain how my life feels it's like when you dream everything and anything is possible.

Fully aware individuals are hard for others to comprehend, Medium? Mimics? Safe?
A Very different yet interesting person, to have met, I think, at this moment.
However, I have not had the opportunity to share the same time and space with her as you have. And then It would be my own personal perceptions, and how I interpreted them.
Generally it takes me at least 3 days after an ‘event’ to reflect, analyze, and extrapolate all of the information, to formulate my own personal opinions.

I think Kirsten is lovely and her beliefs fall in line with mine. I can't label myself as any religion because my beliefs are ALL over the map. My belief system is organic and comes from the energy of the earth. Keep a positive mind and positive energy and you will be surrounded by positivity. I catch very bright spirit animals on my security cameras all the time inside and out. I put out love for all things earthly so they are attracted to me. And I do have video footage of spirit birds that come through my window into my home all the time. I take care and treat animals and living organisms just a well as I do people. The more you connect the brighter you shine so they will come to a place or person that they know are safe or simply to thank me for protecting them and feeding them when they were living. I still have my spirit animals with me.. My cat Tigga who passed in 2019 still jumps on my bed nearly every night and lays between my legs. He the most prominent spirit animal here.. He hasn't gone anywhere and is where he was the happiest. I know he'll be with me until he decides to go or until I pass. I still talk to him/them and he still comes. We don't change mentally at all so for my cat to still do what he always did and still interact with my other cats is not unusual at all. He loved to play with his (kitty) brothers and still does. He has climbed in everyone's bed at some point since he passed. It's not scary, it's an honor that I still have him with me. He is where he has unconditional love. People RARELY have anything bad spiritually around them because most come or stay out of love.. It's the living people that you should fear.

I loved watching this. Its true as a person I am so quick to go "Oh nah thats rubbish"' Or look for something that sometimes just isn't there. I have learnt to trust my instinct, my gut. Now I can sense something before it happens. Its quite scary sometimes but can be funny other times. Very interesting. I love Tarot cards. I still have my first set I got when I was 18. They are very special to me.

1st thing I want to mention is: i'm a french man from Quebec, Canada so i'm not perfectly bilangual. As always, the content is good and funny and in that one we can add Deep!
I really, really like Kirsten knowlegdes, her "teaching skills" to make it easy to understands + her sence of humour with Ben's "dumb" (funny) thoughts make the entire video Entertaining. I've never did paranormal haunting or resersh on psychics/medium +++, but base on what i've listen and about every different persons i've listen and for what I know about the: law of thermodynamics... all of what Kirsten said about all of that was exactly what I tought on a logical way (if i can say that, i don't know how to explain it in other words).
Having an open mind is important but you also need a skeptik tought and vice versa!

I remember i experienced something crazy in my bedroom everything turned on my misses turned it off and told me to stay awake to see if it happened again and it did, But since then i was having mad dreams that was playing out in real life the following day almost like i was predicting the future in my dreams. It doesn't happen now on a regular basis its literally once in a blue moon.

What a beautiful carming voice she had. Sometimes people are so monotone after 10 mins you don't hear what they say, but she is far from that.

At 39:30 you had some questions, here's answers...1)those who do communicate in spirit do have conversations at times regarding topics such as God, a ghost though is definately not who you would ask about it though as they are not knowledgeable on the subject,they are infact stuck where they are and have either conciously but usually unconciously not accepted that their body is no longer flesh and bones and have not moved on, usually due to sudden or tragic death situation that they haven't coped with yet. 2)Why chairs and drawers moving, depends on the individual scenario, comes down to 1 of 3 things allmost all the time, first one being a ghost who moves the odd thing cause they think they are still living their doing some part of their routine, second being a ghost who doesnt appreciate the people living at what they think is their own place and wants them to leave their place alone(can be protective mistakenly or can be just stubborn rude or worse), and the third is a whole different type, where shadow bastards as Ben calls them(nasty entities) take it upon themselves to cause psycological warfare by moving things in such a way to cause fear and negative emotions and by doing such lower your vibrational energy and cause you more havoc as they hate you and see you as the enemy, why drawers and chairs, because that's what's there, matter of repeatable convenience and builds suspense and fear when repeatable. 3)What frightens me...it is I who is afraid for the souls of those unknowledgeable people who put themselves into circumstances that lower their vibration. 3b)Ben asked why the ghost would share their attack with Kirsten in that way...the ghost is stuck because of the attack, Kirsten just picked up on this and that is just how Kirsten interacted with that residual energy that the ghost was stuck in, not that the ghost forced this upon Kirsten, the energy was there and Kirsten came upon it.4) No, I would not have connections removed, just as I wouldn't wish for my eyesight, touch, hearing etc to be removed, you dont realize that much of the lost connection to the spiritual world is inflicted upon you from the time you were born into a society that promotes much of what is not conducive to connections but to things of ego, for oneself, whats in it for me, me, me type things and you are constantly bombarded with these notions in the way people live, interact and are taught...so the gifts per say, are already given, people just steer themselves away from it under societies guidance...love is the greatest gift of all, along with the gift of your eternal soul....one has to appreciate that gift to flourish along their souls journey down here...sticking ones head in the sand of the river bank of life will not only stop you from enjoying the scenery, but the longer your there the further your feet will sink down, making it more difficult for you to move on, for the flow of the river doesnt stop and your missing out on the rest of the experience and learning by by paddling youself around your own head, which is getting bloated, and will feel much better without a self created whirlpool round it, and when flowing with the river one can be find balance and be truly relaxed, happy, fullfilled and satisfied...the ego is unsatiable and there's so much more to life on offer....if all this was wished away I would be a hollow shell, forever empty, forever thirsty, stuck on a riverbank dying of thirst even through there is water splashing all around me, instead of feeling the river flow through me and I flowing with it. 5) Spells, no, not necessary, prayers and faith is more than enough, Witchcraft is bad, it is not the right way, as it puts the emphasis stemming from oneself , which regardless of the notion didnt bloom from a higher vibrational place, so it comes back to ego and lower vibrations follow ego, even if the ego thinks its doing right, as the ego is still thinks its king, as it thinks its doing right(and it doesnt have to be doing right to still think that, it only has to think its doing right, which is blind...when something blossoms from a higher vibrational place it is not blind, it is fully aware), you see the ego will go out on a limb to get its own way shined on, but it forgets that it planted itself on a sandy riverbank and likewise will become uprooted before long if it hasnt already lopped over into the river with all that weight leaning on that sapling. 6) Ben touched on "what life had planned" a few times in the interview...as for predictions and fate, think of the river, if your heads not stuck in the sand can you not see the bend ahead, you might not know how the current flows directly, but surely you know it is going to go through the bend ahead, the more your connected to everything, the more you'll know about the flow and the more you know about the flow, the less concern of the bend ahead you'll have, you just know its there as awareness, but not as the focus, understand that you'll be missing the journey if your just focused on the bend ahead, causing tension, stress, anixety, which means your not relaxed, and likewise not happy and satisfied as you start paddling incircles contemplating the inevitable, which seems pointless, because it was never about the bend, even though your aware of it, its still about the journey. 7) As for cremation and burial affecting the spirit differently, if the cremation is done too early, then it can have effect as sometimes the soul doesnt leave straightaway and there has been times where the body comes back to life. 8) A ghosts residual energy can appear or feel as the tradegy or sudden event that has caused them to be stuck where they are. 9) They used the word dabble , when asking why and what you hope to achieve brecause of their ignorance on the subject and the programmed ideas they've received from religious influences they've had on their perspective over time. 10) Everyone is capable and gifted, as I said before love is the greatest gift we have received. 11) As for developing, people are open to learning things at times when they are ready and willing, and not before Those that show up uninvited are not welcome...if there is a "did you see it", then, "it did not go well for them". 13) Shadow bastards are not Ghosts...they are negative entities, known by varying names like demons, they are capable of shapeshifting their form, including their voice, they hide as they see you as an enemy, and they are afraid of those that could harm them, they lie, manipulate, abuse, harass and worse, the hatman is just a form, as is an alien. 14) The reason only a few loved ones come back after passing to deliver a message is because its not necessary and only certain times like when there is something holding them back from moving forward is such a message delivered. 15) Ouija boards are all bad, they are a piss poor form of communication, nothing like omegle, more comparable to the blind deaf and naked in a dark alley at night in a large city calling out saying in a nervous voice does anybody want to play with me, anybody...and the fear and anxiety of the ones using the board lowers the vibrational energy and guess who is most likely to answer the call...you still dont know even afterwards cause remember your the one who is blind and deaf in the spirit world without any protection using a poor communication device, a poor choice, which could be avoided easily. 16) Channeling a spirit that allows posession to communicate is bad and a very poor choice to communicate and is not necessary to communicate as there are better ways, safer ways to communicate 17) Possession and demonic harassment isnt random, they prey not only the weak minded, those who are around lower vibrational energy, but also they strikeout at the glowing bright souls who shine likeva beacon to them as a tasty treat that they wish to corrupt and the ignorant with suffer the most, and if they are repelled for whatever reason in the endeavours, they come back later with more powerful friends. 18)Ben asked if some people have something latched on to them to make them do bad things...yes, they can attach in some cases, and influence with negative energy as the person feels them and mixes up their own emotions with the entities, there have been the odd photos circulating on youtube that show a type of attachment, where it looks like a another head growing out of the back of the persons neck almost, which is very similar to what these particular attachments look like in spirit on the person. 19 ) If you wanted to learn more, you would start with prayer asking for guidance and protection, have patience and faith, trust that you will be guided to a a knowledgeable person who can walk their talk and money will not be required for this learning.

Don't know this woman but some things she explained like connecting to earth and the vibrations of stuff around us feelings emotions its as if she is in my body that just scared me really bad. Why how is it someone can feel what I've tried to explain for over 40 years. That put my minde in a flat spin. Jeepers I thought I was crazy the first time I told someone I see music in colour and they said it's not normal. No no
I also see what I hear in colours. It’s called Synesthesia 😊 I didn’t know other people didn’t see colour when they heard music/words/letters/numbers/time/eras until I was 23. I was floored when people said that wasn’t normal. Everything must be so drab, lol. I also dream in vivid colour and remember a significant amount of what I dream.
I had abilities like her all my life. I also had them taken away. When you get it taken away you can still feel the Earth around you and the energy around you, but you don't feel it to the same extent. At first it's strange, but then you realize how the average person lives, and you understand how people can ignore the supernatural completely. And you realize that everyone is an empathy, that it's built into us.

Yes, everyone is capable....as for working to develop, if you see it as work than thats what it will be...when you look at a bike do you see it as work to go take a ride on it or as a journey you may embark on...ones views and perceptions of things can inhibit or let you flourish. Some paths are harder to restart down later as they can become overgrown with useless branches that you have let grow amuck overtime, but the path is still there.

1:22:38 I only experienced sleep paralysis when living in my haunted apartment in Japan. Since then and before then, never. Only then. Is it spirit related, possibly. I believe so, but it could also just be a hell of a coincidence.
