Once I force myself to workout when I don’t want to, I end up feeling so much better after the workout! The post workout feeling is my motivator

This makes so much sense. I always feel like whenever I was really good going to the gym and did heavy weight lifting I never saw any results, maybe in my arms but thats it. And I also found it soo boring, haha. Then I started doing your workouts when the gyms here in Norway closed and I look much more toned and feel so much better! They're also fun to do. Absolutely love what you've created

loved listening to your story and is making me think twice now about my workouts b/c I Love working out and I do it up to 6 times a week but I'm doing something wrong if I always feel tired and beat up later in the day and the following day

Hey Sami, I’m just rewatching this video for the gazillionth time - I watch it whenever I need a little more inspo in life 💕 thank you as always for sharing your content and your story! One thing resonated with me so much - you talked about making a routine & schedule and how you fell into the habit of waiting a long time before having breakfast and it pushed the day back. I feel exactly the same and quite often. I prefer to work out first thing (work and preference) and it has to be early so I don’t have much of an appetite. However, sometimes I don’t end up eating until way too late and it just knocks me off for the whole day. I know it’s not good for my hormones either and I’m working through that a lot at the moment. How did you overcome this? Sometimes I feel fear at eating earlier because I worry it will make me feel a bit nauseated or Ill get bloated as I’m not used to it! Thank you for your help xx

The part about family and healthy parents is the exact same thing for me!! It’s good, but it has its small problems lol. I also changed perspective in terms eating and exercising. I just do it for me. Really liked this video, I love the ones where you just sit and talk 💓🙏🏼

Great video about patience and gratitude. Even with good intentions, we tend to want to outsmart our already wise babe bods, thinking that help will come externally. Self help yourself by allowing your intuition to be your guide. You will trust yourself again. xoxo

Oh my gosh I love didnt say find new friends. I hear that so much and it makes me cringe. I love getting back in routine and watching the affect it has on my friends and the people around me. Everyone in my life drinks and i don't but we all still crack up together and basically everyone in my life has a fitness routine and when we start to fall of which i've seen everyone off and on their game and sometimes just one switching back has an effect on multiple people.
I went on vacation for 2 weeks and didn’t work out at all. All I did was hike and walk. I was surprised to find that I didn’t lose muscle and actually looked the same

Do you still eat 2 snacks even on the days you don’t feel that hungry? Some days my appetite is so low I don’t feel like eating anything but I also know it is not good to not eat at all

Wow I don't know what it is about hearing, I just want to feel strong just flipped the switch back on in my brain. I wonder if that's because this time I've lost too much weight and my first fitness journey was learning to stop stressing on my food and working out to feel light and fitr everyday as i felt slightly overweight the first time and it was than cortisol. Now its lack of appetite.

A good workout is the best Drug out there. I Heard somewhere, I can't remember Who Said it but it was a Doctor: 'If the feeling you get after a workout could be sold in a Pill, it would be the most profitable drug.' I feel like a champion after Each workout.

I have a thick one from Econofitness and it’s AMAZING! Also, I hear Gorilla Mats are great, but definitely pricey!
I’ve had my lululemon one for a while and it’s great! The only thing is it sort of gets sweat stains lol but I don’t mind
