    I loved hearing about how much easier gardening is becoming for you! It’s crazy how much weight loss affects our day to day and helps us enjoy the simple things just a little more 💖

    Hi may I ask what exercises you do as I have arthritis and osteoarthritis plus can’t go walking at the moment because of swooping magpies
    I do yoga and some other exercises but I’m not losing weight 😔 thanks

    Hello Kirsty, I like the way you tell your story and add some helpful Ideas. I am on glp1 one since December last year and very happy with my results. only the exercise part doesn’t work as I would like to. Your plan looks quite reasonable I think this would be ideal for me as well. Do you go to the gym or do you exercise at home with UA-cam videos? Do you have a personal instructor? I think it would be great do the exercise plan together with you and some other people who are on a weight loss journey.;)))) Thank you for your videos, and don’t apologize, it’s very entertaining, interesting and sympathetic just as it is I love the longer form just keep on talking😊

      Hi Susanne thank you for your lovely comment!
      I think with exercise that any will do so long as you’re getting some movement in. I started off just doing 20 mins cardio 3 times a week and then slowly started to incorporate weights and strength training.
      I started off following along with Grow with Jo. She’s got some excellent beginner friendly exercises and regimes.
      I think I may do a video discussing my exercises. Thank you for you comment I’m glad you’re enjoying my content ❤️

    Hi Kirsty! Really enjoying your videos, I'm on week 6 myself so on a similar time line. I think you mention in one of your videos that you take B12 injections, is that from a GP or did you source them privately? Thanks!

      Hello thank you so much for your comment 🥰 I really happy you’re enjoying my content.
      Yes I source it myself. I buy the vitamin b complex from b12 supplies. It comes in 3ml ampules and I split into 3 1ml doses and take 2mls weekly - 1 ml on a Tuesday and 1ml on a Friday.
      Thanks again I hope this helps ❤️

    Thank you for sharing this video. Im about to start with 2.5 but im afraid to think when i need to change to 5 because i used ozempic when i moved on the dosis i got very sick and stopped. I read that you used first 3.75 do you have a video showing how to do that? Thanks

      @@luciatellosaher9287 hello Lucia! That is exactly why I was reluctant to go up to 5mg from 2.5mg it seemed like such a jump!
      To take 3.75mg from a 5mg pen you will need to click the pen 45 times instead of the regular 60 clicks. Hope that helps. Good luck 🤞🏻 ❤️

    Great results are coming through for you!! I am defo going to take your advise and start after my holiday at the end of the month. I was nervous but looking forward to starting now. how much have you lost in total so far? Thanks so much!! xx

      That sounds great Nadia! I was really nervous at first but I was also so so hopeful that it would work and it’s been working really well for me 😊 I’ve lost about 25 lbs or 12% of my starting body weight. I find it’s more “fair” to go by body weight % as some people can lose massive amounts of weight but then their body weight % is smaller in comparison so it just puts everything in a level playing field this way ❤
      Hope you have a lovely holiday!

    Do you think the mounjaro has helped with your pcos? I love watching your videos and how you also focus on non scale victories ❤

    • @Kirsty_Leanne
      @Kirsty_Leanne  5 місяців тому +1

      I definitely feel like mounjaro has lessened my inflammation and insulin resistance both of which are side effects of PCOS.
      Losing fat also helps PCOS in general as fat cells hold estrogen and excess estrogen affects your ovaries and your ability to ovulate.
      I’ve also noticed that my belly has shrunk substantially in a way that it never has before with weight loss and lots of fat around the waist is typical of PCOS so I do feel like mounjaro is helping in some way or another.
      Thank you so much for your lovely comment and question and for being here ❤️

    Hi Kirsty do change the location of where you’re injecting each week. Please can you discuss the location you are injecting each week. Thanks

    • @Kirsty_Leanne
      @Kirsty_Leanne  5 місяців тому +1

      Yes of course I will mention that from now on. I’ve only ever injected in my stomach and I rotate it every week; top, bottom, left and right.
      Thanks for your comment ❤️
