This is the kind of music that simultaneously breaks your heart and mends it. It's music for the open road, coming to terms with the human experience and a broken heart. . .

When I heard him the first time, I was very surprised to see that he was so young. His vocals give the impression of a much older man. It's almost like another person or alter ego emerges and sings thru him. But as a traditional musician myself, now for 35+yrs. I'm happy to see younger guys taking a renewed interest in more traditional music and hope it catches on. I was getting a bit worried.
