I have been on a search for sustainable replacements for items that I use and throw away on a regular basis. After finding out that reusable coffee filters exist, it made total sense to see if I can eliminate the need for disposable coffee filters. Coffee Sock is a reusable coffee filter made from organic cotton. It has been the perfect replacement for my "throw away" Chemex filters. This is a zero waste solution to the traditional coffee filter.

How do you brew your coffee?
Could you allow the sock and grounds to dry for easier pouring, and then rinse it later in the day?
