just gonna leave this here cuz i haven’t found one yet:
WARM UP:
+Jumping jacks - 1 set, 30 reps
+Medium knees - 1 set, 20 reps(rep=both knees)
+Butt kicks - 1 set, 20 reps(rep=both knees)
+4 Hop squats - 1 set, 10 reps(rep=3 hops, 1 squat)
PREHAB:
+Single leg lateral hop reach - 3 sets, 5-7 reps(rep=both legs)
PLYOMETRICS:
+Single leg hop - 3 sets, 10-15 sec(set=both legs)
+Single leg eccentric jump into Squat - 3 sets, 4-6 reps(rep=both legs, rest between legs)
+2 Step approach jump - 1 set, 3-4 reps
STRENGTH:
+Glute bridge march - 3 sets, 10-15 reps(rep=both legs)
+Step up - 3 sets, 10-15 reps(rep=both legs)
+Push up plank knees - 3 sets, 10-15 reps(rep=both knees)
===Done twice a week, 2 days of rest between each workout===

Its so sad in this day and age racism is still a huge problem. Im only 14 and know how ignorant it is to mistreat someone because of their race. I was walking home when i found a bunch of highschoolers bullying another highschooler who was asian by calling him the "virus carrier" and they were shoving him around. Im young but im 6 feet and a muscular build so i stood up for him by getting him out of their and making the people who bullied him feel stupid because honestly they were. Im glad your raising awareness because the media is not.

Oddly In Something dunno if ur making a joke or not but over exercise is bad. But I would recommend doing this exercise once a day as this workout is not very strenuous compared to many other exercises. Try other workouts as well to help improve spike strength as well. Push ups and pull ups are excellent for building chest, back, and bicep/tricep strength

Adrian Velasco There are many different variations that are very good, but normal ones where your hands are at shoulder level are one of the best. You can also just search up on UA-cam some good pushups to do

Donny, Whenever I do the push up plank knees, there is a popping sound near my right hip, is this ok?
how frequently do you need to do this workou, and can it be intercalated with you other jumping workout video? One more thing - i want to become a strenght jumper rather than an elastic jumper, are there any tips for that?
