This performance was made 9 years ago. Comparing her voice here and it in recent performance, I see the improvement clearly!!

This live version is very different from the studio version, but what I like is that there is a very different feel to it. Watching all her little gestures make it so powerful, like that cute little thing at 0:54 is so endearing. Man, I can't imagine how all those people can be so calm and sit through that performance.
