Her tone is really pleasant and her singing skills are on point. Also she is very engaging, expressive and prepossessing. I don't understand the hate on her as a performer. She sounds just like in the record, even better actually, and that's very honest. Yeah, maybe she is not a powerhouse type vocalist but she never claimed to be one. She is a good singer tho.
