Taylor's version isn't terrible per say, but her voice is flat on those. Even if her voice is now more mature, everything sound flat on Taylor's version, the originals have much more passion and twang to them. Same goes for the instrumentals, the originals have more of that country twang, where as Taylor's version isn't tuned properly to hit like the originals.

How can you not love her? I'm 25 and I've been following Taylor when she wasn't that well known...I don't agree with everyone...I don't think she has changed...maybe her sound a little but her writing is still the same...she always tells a story. All her songs mean a great deal to her. She's the same person. Will always love her ! Hopefully I can go on her reputation tour

The best thing about Taylor is that, unlike most artists, she'll never just write a generic song just to get a hit. All her songs have depth
But what is she saying to you heart and soul as she tells you her own stories. She gives her self to you and you know jus how lucky you are.

It's difficult for many singers to be in public while singing but she's truly a legend... She's the bestest female singer..
Some of the greats are both over and under rated. I feel like Taylor is in this class. While she is super POPular, her ability is vastly underrated.

I love this performance! I saw it 10 years ago but now I love it even more with Taylor’s re-recording of Love Story out. Very excited for Red re-release been a Swiftie since I was 16 so I’ve grown up with Taylor and she keeps getting better and better. One day I hope to go to a concert when COVID is over and meet her.
Taylor's version isn't terrible per say, but her voice is flat on those. Even if her voice is now more mature, everything sound flat on Taylor's version, the originals have much more passion and twang to them. Same goes for the instrumentals, the originals have more of that country twang, where as Taylor's version isn't tuned properly to hit like the originals.

This song has a special place in my heart. I was born and brought up in a Catholic family in Texas and my boyfriend was born and brought up in a strict Hindu family back in India. He moved to the states for college. We met in class and instantly fell for each other. The difference in our races created many obstacles for us.
