That's how the entirety of UA-cam works tbh, the fanbase is constantly changing aside from some hardcore loyal fans, the rest come and go, but in the cases of successful UA-camrs/ Vtubers (Like any member of Hololive) the number of fans who comes is greater than the one who leaves, so it's a constant net positive in the end.

What a foolish question. First, how would anyone know if you unsubscribed from them and went elsewhere unless you were some sort of paypig looking for attention? Second, is it really hard to use empathy to think of how they'd feel if it was them? There's some of these girls that break down into tears because they're the runts of their gen with sub numbers - no one needs to remind them of that or mention going to other streamers. Just terribly rude and ignorant to ask that, yes it makes me mad on their behalf because obviously Sora/Noel/Subaru/etc isn't going to berate such a thing.

It's a pretty strange question in the first place, if we're talking in general, then people coming and going is more or less a fact of life, so there's no way any of the Holomems that were around for any significant amount of time (so pretty much all of them) didn't make peace with that fact.
And if it's about them knowing about someone specific abandoning them to follow someone else, well... The only way they'd know that is if they were directly told by that person, in which case the fact that they wanted to rub it in should be the issue in question, not them leaving😂
