Darren is not the Kings personal chef. He lives in Dallas, Texas. He has a wonderful utube channel that I watch faithfully. He left the royal family’s employ after Diana died in 1997 and moved to the US in 1998.
I like stuffed peppers and bread pudding too.
I wonder if anyone realises how much George looks so much like his Great Uncle, Diane's brother.
They love long pork, it is one of there favourite meats, very sweet and tender, just remember to use the young ones for full flavour.
I remember an interview with Ainsley Herriot, he worked at Kensington Palace , He cooked lunch for the Queen and Princess Margaret, He said they didn't always eat "posh " food, instead he cooked them traditional British dishes like Steak and Kidney Pudding .
Prince Philip was athletic so he took care of himself. Queen Elizabeth followed trends from her mother and father. The Queen Consort enjoys something I'd love to try next time. I have know that King Charles only likes organic ingredients from his own gardens. It's good to be the king. Lol🤣

I'll go with the stuffed peppers (we call them capsicum in Australia) and the macaroni and cheese. Not keen on chicken. And the pheasant! Wouldn't have a clue
Darren McGrady is not King Charles’ personal chef. He is now is the USA operating his own catering business and a published cookbook author.
Meghan Markle is something else these days, but her taste in Fliipino Chicken Adobo is something I can agree with.
All dished should be completely from best staple.
Carbonara is not made with pork belly…it’s made with guanciale which is pork cheek…..
